Conventionally, at least two compartments have been provided in, for example, packaging bags for rock formation bolts using two-component adhesive, and packaging bags for other chemicals used for cooling or heating by mixing at least two types of chemicals. A device in which a predetermined drug is sealed and filled in each compartment is known (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-30120). However, such conventional devices have many joints to form compartments, and tend to peel off or break during storage, transportation, or handling, and lack safety in isolation or make them unsuitable for use. There were other difficulties in continuous production, such as difficulty in efficiently mixing the separated drugs, and the volume of the compartments being unable to be changed freely during production.

That is, in the present invention, an inner tube that is thinner than the outer tube is integrally bonded to the outer tube by one common spine formed along the longitudinal direction of the main body, and thereby a plurality of The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a compartment package in which compartments are formed and both ends of the compartments are closed in a bundle to form a substantially cylindrical shape. Narrower film material is continuously fed in and overlapped with both side edges aligned, and the both side edges are temporarily adhered to each other, and then wound with the narrower width film on the inside, and the temporarily adhered side edges are overlapped. A tube with a composite structure is obtained by joining them together to form a back patch, and has an inner chamber consisting of the space within the inner tube, and an outer chamber consisting of the space between the inner tube and the outer tube. None, this is a method in which both the inner and outer chambers are filled with a filling material and both ends are closed off as a bundle.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a cross section of an example of a compartment package obtained by the present invention. Reference numeral 1 indicates an outer tube, 2 an inner tube, and 3 a common backing portion to which the films forming the inner and outer tubes are adhered or fused together. In this case, the hands are in a clasped shape, but they may be in an overlapping shape.
5 and 6 indicate compartments, respectively. Examples of the film material include synthetic resins such as polyethylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene, and various vinyl polymers, or flexible materials such as graft paper, glassine paper, high-quality paper, and aluminum boxes, or composite structures thereof. Examples include film or sheet-like materials having the following properties, and can be appropriately selected depending on the properties of the contents. Heat sealing is usually employed as the bonding means, but is not particularly limited.

The film 1 for forming the outer tube is fed through the guide roll 15 and is folded by the metal plate 7 for folding as shown by the folding parts 13 and 13' to form the ring part 14 and maintaining a predetermined width to form the heat-sealed part 8. , 8. On the other hand, from the opposite side, the inner tube forming film 2 corresponding to the width of the outer tube forming film after being folded is supplied to the heat sealing parts 8, 8 via the guide roll 16,
The two are overlapped and their edges on both sides are temporarily heat-sealed by 8, 8, and then they are sent to a winding device 9, where they are wound together with the outer tube-forming film with the inner tube-forming film 2 on the inside. Then, the both side edges temporarily heat-sealed by steps 8 and 8 are overlapped with each other, and this overlapped portion is integrally heat-sealed by the heat-sealing section 3 for forming the back sticker. In this way, a composite tube-shaped packaging material body sharing a single spine is formed. In this tube-like object, since the outer tube is formed of a film that is wider than the inner tube by the annulus portion 14, an approximately crescent-shaped space, that is, a compartment 5, is formed between the outer tube and the inner tube. . Further, it goes without saying that a compartment 6 separated from this is simultaneously formed by the inner tube 2.

11 is a filling injection pipe into the compartment 5, and 12 is a filling injection pipe into the compartment 6. After the back patch is formed, the lower end of the packaging material body is closed with the clip 4. After each filler is injected and filled to a predetermined amount, the upper end is closed with a clip 4' and cut and separated. By repeating this operation of applying and pulling the clips 4 on the top of the clips 4' at regular intervals, the compartment packages of the present invention can be obtained continuously.

For example, when the present invention is applied to a two-component adhesive, a mixture consisting of an inert filler, an accelerator, etc. is filled into the polyester resin from the injection tube 11, and a curing agent is filled from the injection tube B.

As described above, according to the present invention, not only can compartment packages be obtained continuously, efficiently and easily, but also the obtained compartment packages can be separated in an extremely safe and secure state until they are used. Since it is held as an integral package and the filling is mixed uniformly during use, it is extremely suitable for application to rock formation bolts, etc., and its effects are extremely large.
