DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a pressure distribution measuring sheet used to measure the pressure distribution when two flexible objects, such as a chair and a human body, are in contact with each other.

Conventionally, when measuring pressure distribution in this way, multiple pressure sensors are connected in a lattice shape at regular intervals (for example, at 5 cm intervals) using twine or the like, and these are connected to two objects (for example, a chair and a buttocks). It was inserted between the two to perform measurements. The lead wires derived from these plurality of sensors are bundled into a certain number and pulled out of the bundle. However, with this conventional method, not only is it difficult to position the sensor, but also it is not easy to change the mounting position of the sensor (for example, change the pitch). Therefore, sensors of various pitches have to be made in advance, but the sensors cannot be used in common, and a large number of sensors are required, which is expensive.

The present invention aims to provide a sheet for pressure distribution measurement that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks. Therefore, the present invention provides a flexible support sheet on which a plurality of pressure sensors can be removably arranged, and a through-hole formed in accordance with the size and position of the pressure sensors arranged on the support sheet. These sensors are used in combination with a flexible perforated sheet having cutout grooves for drawing out lead wires connected to the sensors. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of a support sheet used in the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a support sheet, which is made of polyester, has a thickness of, for example, 0.05 mm, and has appropriate flexibility. 2 is a mark indicating the mounting position of the pressure sensor. The number and position of pressure sensors to be attached are determined in advance depending on the measurement purpose or object. In this example, 144 pressure sensors are used, and the pitch is 5 cm. Therefore, a total of 144 gauge points, 12 vertically and 12 horizontally, are printed as mark 2, and a consecutive number is attached above each mark. The dimensions of the support sheet 1 in this example are 60 cm in length and 60 cm in width.

A pressure sensor is removably placed on the mark 2 of the support sheet 1 using, for example, double-sided tape. In this case, one side of the double-sided tape of approximately the same size is adhered to the bottom surface of the pressure sensor, and the other side is adhered onto the mark 2 (see FIG. 2). By pulling the pressure sensor, it can be easily removed from the support sheet 1. However, the means for attaching the pressure sensor to the support sheet 1 is not limited to double-sided tape.
Any other means may be used as long as it can be detachably attached.

FIG. 3 is a plan view showing an example of a perforated sheet used in the present invention. In the figure, numeral 3 indicates a perforated sheet, which is made of synthetic rubber, has a thickness of, for example, 3.5 mm, and has appropriate flexibility. 4 is mark 2 on support sheet 1
This is a through hole that is slightly larger than the pressure sensor and is opened at a position corresponding to the pressure sensor. Reference numeral 5 indicates a small notch groove for drawing out individual lead wires from each pressure sensor, and numeral 6 indicates a large cutout groove for drawing out lead wires from each pressure sensor to the outside of the sheet. The large notch grooves 6 are provided along the rows of each through hole 4, but in order to prevent the perforated sheet 3 from being divided by the large notch grooves 6, in the illustrated example, the groove is provided approximately in the center of the sheet 3. A section 7 is provided, and the major notch grooves 6 are divided into two groups using this as a boundary. 4 and 5 are enlarged views of circles A and B in FIG. 3, respectively.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view showing how the support sheet 1 and perforated sheet 3 are used. In the figure, 1, 3
and 4 have already been explained. 8 indicates a pressure sensor, and 9 indicates a double-sided tape. As shown in the figure, in the present invention, the pressure sensors 8 are arranged on the support sheet 1 according to the marks 2 as described above, and the perforated sheet 3 is placed thereon. However, each pressure sensor 8
The upper surface, that is, the sensor surface is made to protrude from the upper surface of the perforated sheet 3 so as not to interfere with pressure measurement.
The lead wires of each pressure sensor 8 are first drawn out into the large notched groove 6 through the small notched groove 5, and the lead wires drawn into the large notched groove 6 are all pulled out along this groove to the outside of the sheet. Note that since FIG. 2 is a longitudinally cut view of FIG. 3, the cutout grooves are not shown.

As explained above, according to the present invention, when measuring pressure distribution, the pressure sensor can be easily attached to a desired position, and lead wires can be drawn out very easily. In addition, since the sheet of the present invention is flexible, the sheet with the same sensor attached can be used even if the object to be measured is changed. Furthermore, when changing the mounting position or pitch of the pressure sensor, if a sheet of the present invention corresponding to the changed mounting position or pitch is made in advance, the pressure sensor can be used in common, which is extremely economical. Therefore, the present invention has the effect of making it possible to easily and inexpensively measure pressure distribution, which is effective for chair design, rehabilitation of physically disabled people, and the like.

Note that in the above example, the pressure sensor is first mounted on the mark on the support sheet, but first the perforated sheet is stacked on the support sheet, and then the pressure sensor is attached to the support sheet through the through hole of the perforated sheet. It can also be installed on. That is, the present invention is capable of various modifications and changes without departing from the gist of the invention as stated in the claims for utility model registration.
