【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 被把持物を把持するチヤツク爪と、このチ
ヤツク爪を開閉する開閉用シリンダと、この開閉
用シリンダに供給される油圧の方向を切換える方
向切換手段とを備え、前記被把持物を把持すると
きに前記方向切換手段で開閉用シリンダをブロツ
クするようにしたバイブロハンマのチヤツク装置
において、 前記開閉用シリンダのブロツク時に高圧側とな
る開閉用シリンダのシリンダ室に高圧室が接続さ
れた増圧シリンダと、 この増圧シリンダの低圧室に接続され、低圧室
を所定圧に保持する油圧源と、 前記増圧シリンダの低圧室に接続され、前記油
圧源の圧力が低下しても前記低圧室の圧力を補償
するアキユームレータとを具備することを特徴と
するバイブロハンマのチヤツク装置。 (2) 増圧シリンダの高圧室の圧力を検出する圧
力検出手段と、 この圧力検出手段により前記高圧室の圧力が所
定値まで低下したことが検出されると警報を発す
る警報手段とを具備する請求項1に記載のバイブ
ロハンマのチヤツク装置。 (3) 増圧シリンダのピストンロツドのストロー
ク位置を検出するストローク検出手段と、 このストローク検出手段により前記増圧シリン
ダのピストンロツドのストローク量が所定値以上
