ビームに支持され開口部より下部側をロワープレ
ートで支持されたバンパーフエーシヤの上記エア
インテーク用開口部へのエアインテークカバーの
取付構造であつて、上記エアインテークカバーを
前面側が開口された中空閉断面構造に形成し且つ
エアインテークカバーの開口下端外縁から後方に
向けて帯状に延出される弾性変形可能な取付部を
設け、上記エアインテークカバーを上記バンパー
フエーシヤ側開口部内に嵌入し、上記取付部の弾
性的な撓みを利用して該取付部を上記バンパーフ
エーシヤ側の開口部内周壁の下部側内壁面に密着
させ、且つ上記エアインテークカバーの上部側を
上記バンパーフエーシヤ側の開口部内周壁の上部
壁と共に上記バンパーバツクビームの下部にクリ
ツプ部材や螺子部材により固定したエアインテー
クカバーの取付構造において、上記エアインテー
クカバーの取付部後端を上記バンパーフエーシヤ
の開口部内周壁の下部壁側壁端部より後方に延出
し、且つ、上記ロワープレートを断面コ字型状に
形成すると共に上記バンパーフエーシヤの開口部
内周壁の下部壁外壁面と当接されるロワープレー
トの上辺側をその下部壁側外壁面に沿つてその下
部壁側壁端部より後方に延出し、該ロワープレー
トの延出部に上記エアインテークカバーの取付部
後端側を当接して螺子部材やクリツプ部材で固定
したことを特徴とするエアインテークカバーの取
