隔に相当する検出信号を出力し、前記近接センサ
に接続された判定回路が、前記検出信号が予め定
めた限界値を越えたときに、偏心異常を示す信号
を出力するように構成したことを特徴とする偏心

のピークホールド信号を出力するピークホールド
