DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a medical needle hub. The injection needle or catheter is provided with a needle base for connection to a syringe barrel or other connection terminal. The types of needle bases for injection needles or catheters have diversified, and the needle bases for injection needles or catheters have become easier to use. In particular, needle hubs with feathers increase manufacturing costs, and although there are signs that general medical institutions are moving toward disposable types that can be used only once, they still do not have the ability to be used multiple times. The current situation is that we cannot escape from this realm. This is one of the things that is urgently needed to be commercialized as a disposable type as soon as possible, as hygiene standards do not permit even one route of transmission of pathogenic bacteria. Therefore, the present invention aims to reduce manufacturing costs and reduce the packaging volume, which affects distribution costs, while at the same time keeping the quality to the minimum necessary to withstand use, avoiding excessive quality, and creating blades that can be used in disposable types. It provides a needle base. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to drawings of embodiments.
FIGS. 1 to 6 are external views showing aspects of embodiments of the present invention. Figure 1 A shows needle base 1 and feather 2.
are integrally molded of the same material and in a closed state, with the base near the adhesively caulked portion 1a of the injection needle or catheter 3. Since the blade 2 is molded in a closed state, the elasticity and rigidity of the synthetic resin have a spring action.
When the blades 2 are unfolded during use and the hand is released, the blades 2 return to their original state and close themselves. Figure 1 B shows a rubber Ra with muscle strength at the base R of the blade 2 in order to stably maintain the opening/closing function.
are glued together to maintain functionality. It is an external view of the back side of figure A. Fig. 2 shows a state in which the convex stator 2a is provided near the root R of the blade 2, and when the blade is fully expanded to the left and right, both convex stators 2a touch and expand. It can be fixed with. FIG. 3 shows that the needle base 1 has a concave groove 1b near the root R of the blade 2, and the convex stator 2b of the blade 2 is connected to the groove 1.
The blades 2 can be fixed in a fully expanded state by fitting into the blades b. In FIG. 4A, the film-like blade 2F has a framework 2c. The wider the area of the film-like blades 2F, the more stable they will be, and the more they will want to rest on the patient's skin, but since they must not become unnecessarily unstable, a framework 2c is provided around them. We are trying to balance the two. FIG. 4B is a sectional view taken along the line A-A in FIG. Fifth
In the figure, the root R of the blade 2 is slightly lengthened so that the blade 2 can easily expand and twist, and the blade 2 has a root FR that can maintain a flexible state. In FIG. 6, auxiliary wings 2e are provided near the bases R and Ra of the wings 2 to assist in stabilizing the injection needle or catheter 3, etc. when it is held and fixed.

As described above, according to the present invention, the blades of the needle base are always closed by providing rubber at the base with the strength to automatically close.
It is possible to reduce the physical area occupied, reduce the packaging and packaging volume required for distribution, reduce manufacturing costs, reduce distribution costs, and move to a disposable method that can be used only once by the end user. It has features such as making it possible to adopt
