選択手段と、前記電圧検出手段によつて、前記ブ
ロツク選択手段によつて選択されている電池ブロ
ツクの電圧が設定値以下に低下したときには、前
記ブロツク選択手段を切換えて異なる電池ブロツ
クを選択させる電池ブロツク切換指令手段とを備
