Claims (1)
- 磁性材から成る線材上の長さ方向適当間隔おき
の位置に、当該線材に対し直交する向きで磁性材
から成る棒状体を固着して、二次導体用磁性体を
構成し、この磁性体を、当該磁性体の幅よりも広
幅で且つ帯状の非磁性電導材中に前記線材が長さ
方向に沿うように埋設して成るリニアモーター用
二次導体。
