グによつてピニオンシヤフトを回転自在に支持す
るとともに、上記アンギユラベアリングの内輪を
ピニオンシヤフトの段部に、外輪をハウジングの
開口部に螺合されたプラグにそれぞれ当接させる
ことによりこのベアリングを挟持して成るラツク
ピニオン式ステアリング装置のピニオンシヤフト
支持構造において、上記プラグのベアリング外輪
に接している部分の内周側を、ベアリングの内輪
と軸線方向に重なり合う位置迄拡大し、その拡大
部を僅かの間隔を隔ててベアリングに対向させた
ことを特徴とするラツクピニオン式ステアリング
