Prior Art Conventionally, in the process of drying paddy by blowing drying hot air on the paddy that is being circulated in a dryer, a part of the paddy that is being circulated and dried is taken out and the moisture content of the paddy is detected by a moisture value detector, and the hot air is A method of drying paddy in which the temperature and air flow rate are increased or decreased to obtain dried paddy having a preset finished moisture value is well known and was described before the present application, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 16305/1983.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Incidentally, in the conventionally known method of drying paddy, the drying operation is performed based on the detected moisture value of the paddy whose surroundings are covered with rice husks as the criterion for controlling the operation of the dryer. When it was detected that the moisture level of the paddy reached a preset finished moisture level, the operation of the dryer was stopped and the dried paddy was transferred to the next process.

However, if the operation of the dryer is controlled only based on the detected moisture value of rice covered with rice husks, it is not possible to accurately detect the moisture value due to the rice husks, and as a result, the finished moisture When the moisture value of dried paddy that has been dried to a certain value is compared with the detected moisture value of grained brown rice (product) obtained through dehulling and sorting, there will be a difference in the moisture value, and the finished moisture value will be lower than the preset finished moisture value. Products of value cannot be easily obtained.

Therefore, in the automatic drying method, which circulates a predetermined amount of paddy and automatically finishes and dries it to a preset moisture value, all grained brown rice is always dried to a preset finish moisture value. A problem arose in that it was not possible to dry the product accurately.

Therefore, in the present invention, when the paddy during circulation drying is dried to almost the finished moisture value, a part of the dried paddy is taken out, removed and sorted, and the moisture value of the obtained grained brown rice is detected. When this detected moisture value matches the preset finished moisture value, the operation of the dryer is automatically stopped, and the paddy stored in the dryer is always kept at the preset finished moisture value. The above-mentioned problems are solved by providing a method and device for automatically drying paddy, which can automatically dry rice so that the rice grains become dry.

Means for Solving the Problem Therefore, the technical problem of the present invention is to automatically dry paddy stored in a dryer to a preset finishing moisture value more accurately. In order to solve this technical problem, we developed a method in particular that, when the first moisture value detector detects that the moisture value of the paddy that was being circulated and dried in the dryer has approached the finished moisture value, A part of the paddy is removed and the hull is removed.
After sorting, the moisture value of the obtained grained brown rice is detected by a second moisture value detector, and when the detected moisture value reaches the finished moisture value, the dryer is automatically stopped. A method for automatically drying paddy, and a device for carrying out the method, includes a first method for detecting when paddy during circulation drying reaches approximately the finished moisture value.
A dryer equipped with a moisture value detector, a conveying device that takes out a part of the circulating paddy that has been dried to almost the finish moisture value from the dryer and supplies it to a huller, and removes the taken out paddy. A huller for sorting, a sorting machine, and a second moisture value detector for detecting that the moisture value of the grained brown rice after sorting by the sorting machine has reached the finished moisture value, and the second moisture value detector is provided. This automatic paddy drying device is characterized in that the value detector is connected to a dryer operation stop device.

While circulating the paddy stored in the dryer 1, the drying work is continued by the circulating drying hot air. When the first moisture value detector 6 detects that the circulation-dried paddy has almost reached the finished moisture value (for example, 15%), the conveying device 9 is immediately operated based on the detection signal to remove the paddy that is being circulated and dried. A part of the rice is taken out and supplied to a huller 10 using a conveyor 9 to remove the hulled rice, and then the hulled rice is supplied to a sorter 11 to obtain sized brown rice. Once the grained brown rice is obtained in this way, the second moisture value detector 12 detects the moisture value of the grained brown rice, and if the detected moisture value matches the preset finished moisture value, based on the detection signal. Then, the stop device 15 is activated to automatically stop the operation of the dryer 1 and finish the drying work. Moreover, when the moisture value detected by the second moisture value detector 12 is larger than the preset finished moisture value, the circulation drying operation is continued and dried, and a part of the dried paddy is taken out again for hulling and sorting. After that, the moisture value of the obtained grained brown rice is detected again by the second moisture value detector 12, and when the detected moisture value matches the preset finished moisture value, the stop device 15 is activated to dry the rice. All you have to do is stop the operation of machine 1.

7 compares the detection signal sent out over time from the first moisture value detector 6 with the sending signal sent out over time from the moisture value setting circuit 8, and determines the detected signal by the first moisture value detector 6. When the moisture value obtained reaches a moisture value (for example, 16%) that is approximately close to the finished moisture value (for example, 15%) that is preset in the moisture value setting circuit 8, the operation of the conveying device 9 is started and one part of the dried paddy is removed. This is a comparison circuit for taking out the rice grains and supplying them to the hulling machine 10.

Therefore, when the start button 2 is pressed with a predetermined amount of paddy filled in the dryer 1, the hot air generator 3, the elevator 4, and the loading device 5 are sequentially operated to circulate and flow the rice. The paddy is dried with hot air. By the way, during the drying work as described above, the moisture value of the paddy is detected over time by the first moisture value detector 6, and the detection signal is sent to the comparator circuit 7, and at the same time, the moisture value of the paddy is detected in advance by the moisture value setting circuit 8. Since a signal with a moisture value (for example, 16%) that is approximately close to the set finishing moisture value (for example, 15%) is sent and compared, the moisture value detected by the first moisture value detector 6 is 16%. Then, the transport device 9 is automatically activated.
A part of the dried paddy is taken out from the dryer 1 as a sample and supplied to the huller 10, where the dried paddy is removed and wind-selected to produce hulled rice. The hulled rice is further sent to the next sorting machine 11, where it is separated into sized brown rice and waste grains, and the second moisture value detector 12 detects the moisture value of the sized brown rice. The signal is sent to the comparison circuit 13. On the other hand, since a signal of a preset finished moisture value (for example, 15%) is sent to the comparison circuit 13 and compared, the second moisture value detector 12
If the detected moisture value is 15%, a signal is sent to the stop device 15 and the stop device 15 is actuated to stop all operations of the dryer 1 and complete the drying work. Note that when the moisture value detected by the second moisture value detector 12 does not reach the finished moisture value, the stop device 15 does not operate, so the dryer 1 continues to operate, and the moisture value of the next extracted grained brown rice reaches the finished moisture value. Dry until the moisture level is reached.

The automatic paddy drying equipment explained above is for a single dryer, but even if it is a communal drying facility where many dryers are installed side by side and can dry a large amount of paddy, the same method as described above can be used. Automatic drying of paddy can be achieved using this and the device.

Effects of the Invention In short, since the present invention includes the method and device described above, the operation control of the dryer 1 is based on the detected moisture value of the paddy, which cannot accurately detect the moisture value due to being covered with rice husks. The operation of the dryer 1 is controlled based on the detected moisture value of grain-sized brown rice, which allows relatively accurate detection of the moisture value without drying. All of the paddy is finished and dried to a moisture level without drying, and the automation of the drying work can be easily achieved, thereby achieving the effect of significantly promoting efficiency and saving labor in the drying work.
