Claims (1)
- 内周面に導電層が形成された筒状の孔を穿設さ
れた誘電体ブロツクと、この孔内に摺動可能に配
置された可動誘電体部材と、前記孔の開口部に固
定された固定誘電体部材と、この固定誘電体部材
に支持された端子部材とを備え、前記導電層と端
子部材とを容量結合させたことを特徴とする結合
構造。
