Claims (1)
- ニクロム電熱線を石英管の中空部に組込んだも
の（以下石英管ヒーターと記す）、伝熱率の良い
極薄の長方形をした金属性の放熱板を多数配列し
その放熱板の中央部附近に等間隔に４本の石英管
ヒーターを貫通させて取付けること、そして石英
管の外経面壁と放熱板の結合部を密着させること
。
