Abstract

PURPOSE:To clean various germs and to prevent the generation of malodors by incorporating the ozone from an ozonizer together with cleaning water by an injector into bath tub water and supplying the water to a cleaning filter by a selector valve. CONSTITUTION:The ozone generated in the ozonizer 20 is supplied via an ozone hose 22 to an ozone discharge port 23 when the selector valve 25 is so set that the ozone is supplied to the ozone discharge port 23. The ozone is incorporated with the cleaning water in the injector 27 and is discharged into a bath tub 7. The ozone, therefore, introduces into the bath tub water 14 and sterilizes the various germs. The ozone is supplied to the injector 24 and is incorporated with the bath tub 14 when the selector valve 25 is so selected that the ozone is supplied to the cleaning filter 5. The bath tub water is then supplied to the cleaning filter 5. The ozone, therefore, sterilizes the various germs sticking to the fur 15, dust 16, etc., integrated and picked up on the surface of the filter 5. The malodors by the various germs generated in the filter 5 are thus deodorized by the ozone.

In addition, since the pre-filter is composed of a coarse filter on the suction side, a fine filter on the discharge side, and a dust holding section in the space formed between these two filters, it is possible to remove dust other than large dust that accumulates on the surface of the coarse filter. Since dirt and grime are retained in the holding space, dirt and grime do not return to the bathtub when the circulation pump is stopped or when the prefilter is removed for cleaning.

Furthermore, the injector is equipped with a ring-shaped elastic body that urges the ozone port communicating with the ozone discharge port to be closed when the ozone supply is stopped. There is no possibility of backflow inside the bathtub. In addition, a valve body is provided at the tip of the injector's discharge pipe or in the injector's discharge pipe, which consists of an opening that communicates the inside of the pipe with the pipe body, and a flexible piece that closes the opening from outside the pipe, making it possible to purify bathtub water. In a bathtub water purification system, a water flow meter is installed between the circulation pump and the purification filter in the main body of the device, which outputs an electric signal to stop the operation of the circulation pump and ozone generator when the water level decreases. Even if the tip of the discharge pipe is blocked with a finger, purified water passes through the notch or valve body and is discharged into the bathtub, and the water volume does not decrease, so the water meter does not output an electric signal to stop operation. , circulation pumps and ozone generators will not be temporarily stopped.

Furthermore, the injector is equipped with a ring-shaped elastic body that urges the ozone communicating with the ozone discharge port to be closed when the ozone supply is stopped, and the ozone port is closed when the circulation pump is stopped. This has the effect of preventing bathtub water from flowing back. In addition, a valve body is provided at the tip of the injector's discharge pipe, which consists of a notch or an opening in the injector's discharge pipe that communicates the inside of the pipe with the pipe body, and a flexible piece that closes the opening from outside the pipe. Even if the tip of the injector's discharge pipe is blocked with a finger, the purified water will pass through the notch or valve body and be discharged into the bathtub, and the water volume will not drop. This has the effect of not outputting an electrical signal and preventing the circulation pump and ozone generator from temporarily stopping.
