Claims (1)
- 窒素ガスにより有機溶剤の付着した光学素子を
乾燥させる装置において、窒素ガスの注気口・排
気口を有するデシケータの内部に、注気口から螺
旋状に複数回巻かれその先端を封止した螺旋管と
、デシケータ内の中央から底面寄りに水平に設け
た金網台を配し、且つ前記螺旋管には前記金網台
中心方向に向けてほぼ等間隔に噴出孔が設けられ
たことを特徴とする窒素乾燥装置。
