該本体部に対して開閉可能な上部構成部材とによ
り記録紙搬送経路を構成すると共に、前記定着ロ
ーラ対の一方のローラを前記本体部側に、他方の
ローラを前記上部構成部材側に夫々装着し、前記
上部構成部材の閉成時には定着ローラ対のローラ
が定着作用可能な所定圧力で圧接すると共に、前
記上部構成部材の開成に伴なつて前記定着ローラ
対のローラ間が離れるよう構成したこと、を特徴
