り熱交換がなされ飲料の冷却が行われる飲料冷却
装置において、コールドプレートの上部に配置さ
れた氷載置面の中央部が高くなるように該氷載置
面に曲率を有する傾斜を設け、この傾斜の下方側
に延在したコールドプレートの各々対向する端部
へと氷の溶け水を導くことを特徴とした飲料冷却
