(Background of the Invention) When continuously manufacturing synthetic resin molded bodies filled with foam, if the molded material extruded from a mold has a pipe shape, crosshead extrusion as shown in Fig. 2 is used. Using a molding machine, it is necessary to continuously supply thermosetting liquid foam into the cavity of the extruded molding material. During this supply, the liquid foam is heated in the crosshead and mold part, and a part of it foams and hardens, so it is essential to solve this problem in order to obtain the desired molded product. .

(Structure) In the method of the present invention, thermosetting resin is added into the cavity 7 of a thermoplastic synthetic resin molding material extruded from a mold to form a pipe shape (circular pipe shape, square pipe shape, various irregular pipe shapes). When filling the plastic foam, the liquid foam 9 is injected onto the conveying gutter-like body 20 formed using the sheet material 17, and the liquid foam 9 is poured into the molded material 6 together with the conveying gutter-like body 20. The liquid foam 9 is continuously supplied into the cavity 7 to foam the liquid foam 9 within the cavity 7.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the liquid foam supply section 5 includes a front guide path 15a having a crosshead 13 and a U-shaped cross section formed in the mold 12;
A guide path 15 is provided with a rear guide path 15b having a U-shaped cross section and formed to protrude from the crosshead 13 so as to be connected to the front guide path 15a, and the end of the rear guide path 15b rotates outward. The sheet material 17 wound around freely installed rolls 16 is unwound and is configured to move along the guide path 15 in the form of a gutter. On the body 20, at the inlet end part of the guideway 15, a thermosetting liquid foam 9, e.g.
Liquid foams such as polyurethane resins, phenolic resins, and polyester resins are continuously injected. The sheet material 17 forming the conveyance gutter-like body 20 is

Therefore, the conveying trough-like body 20 moving along the guide path 15
When the liquid foam 9 is injected into the molding material 6, the liquid foam 9 is continuously supplied into the cavity 7 of the molding material 6 together with the conveying gutter-like body 20 at the outlet end of the guide path 15, as shown in FIG. Then, the molding material 6
is led to the molding passage 10. The molding passage 10
As shown in FIG. 5c, a cross section of the molding passage 10 is formed between a lower mold 22 in which a passage groove 21 is recessed and an upper mold 23 that covers the passage groove 21. The shape is formed to be the same as the outer shape of the molded body 2. Both the lower mold 22 and the upper mold 23 are formed as cylindrical bodies having an inner and outer double wall structure, and a cooling medium 24 is circulated between them. In addition, upper mold 2
3 is pressed by a pressing device (not shown) with a pressing force that can resist the foaming pressure of the foam. Since the molding material 6 is in a high temperature state, the injected liquid foam 9 rapidly foams in the vicinity of the entrance 25 of the molding passage 10 and rapidly fills the cavity 7 (first stage). (see Fig. 5 c), and foaming is almost completed in the region near the inlet portion 25 (see Fig. 5 d).
reference). In the molding passage 10, as the liquid foam foams, the foam 1 pushes the wall of the molding material 6 into the molding passage 1, as shown in FIG.
In order to press it against the wall of 0, the molding material 6
can be automatically molded into a shape corresponding to the cross section of the molding passage 10, that is, into a preset external shape of the molded body 2. At this time, the conveying trough-like body 20 loses its shape and is pressed against the wall inner surface 27, as shown in FIG. 5d, for example. In particular, when the conveyance gutter-like body 20 is formed using a sheet material made of paper or cloth (woven fabric, non-woven fabric, etc.), the conveyance gutter-like body 20 is inserted into the cavity 7 from the guide path 15. After entering, a portion of the foam 26 will ooze out to the back side of the sheet material 17 naturally or by the action of foaming pressure, so that the sheet material 17 will adhere well to the wall inner surface 27. becomes. Also sheet material 17
When a cloth made of glass fiber is used as the material, the strength of the molded article can be improved.
