The present invention provides a wall forming panel (including floor panels and ceiling panels) that can be used to construct a wall frame in response to such demands. This is a composite structure in which a steel frame composed of frame steel and support steel is used as the core material, and both sides of the steel frame are covered with thick wooden plywood. A composite panel is formed by providing a waterproof and airtight synthetic resin coating layer (applied to the entire surface of the composite panel, including the outer surface of the plywood) on the outer surface of the plywood, and one panel is formed between adjacent composite panels. By fastening the L-shaped flange provided on one panel with the flat flange provided on the other panel, it is possible to construct a wall assembly that satisfies the above requirements.

Next, the connection means of the composite panel B for forming the second exterior wall board shown in FIGS. 4 to 7 will be explained. As shown in detail in FIG. 6, on the outer edges of the first frame steel material 2a and the third frame steel material 2c which face each other, there is an L-shaped flange 11 similar to that described for the first composite panel A for forming external wall panels. are displayed respectively. Further, as shown in detail in FIG. 7, flat flanges 15 are projected from the outer edges of the other opposing second frame steel members 2b and fourth frame steel members 2d, respectively, over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. . The flat flange 15 is made of L-shaped steel, and one side is connected to the mounting plate 1 for the second and fourth frame steel 2b, 2d.
5a and a connecting plate 1 with bolt holes 12 drilled on the other side.
5b. That is, one side of the L-shaped steel forming the flat flange 15 is placed on the outer surface X of the second and fourth frame steels 2b and 2d as a mounting plate 15a and fixed by welding, and the other side is fixed to the second and fourth frame steels 2b and 2d by welding. , the outer side of the fourth frame steel members 2b and 2d (extension direction of the panel surface)
A connecting plate 15b is extended to the connecting plate 15b. The inner and outer surfaces of the connecting plate 15b and the mounting plate 15a of the flat flange 15 are coated with the synthetic resin coating layer 10, which is stretched and applied from the surface of the plywood 8 serving as the face plate, as described above, and all seams are also sealed. do. Therefore, the composite panel B has an L-shaped flange 11 and a flat flange 15 as connection means.

Next, the composite panel C for forming a top plate shown in FIGS. 8 to 11 has the flat flange 15 on its entire periphery.
A part of the flat flange frame, that is, a part of the composite panel C, is used as an entrance/exit opening 7. To explain in detail, among the frame steels 2a to 2d forming the framework 1 which is the core material of the composite panel C, the outer peripheral edges of the opposing first frame steel 2a, third frame steel 2c, and fourth frame steel 2d are As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, flat flanges 15 similar to those described for the second bottom wall plate forming composite panel B are respectively extended. The above-mentioned composite panel C has flat flanges 15 extending from the outer peripheral edges of the opposing first frame steel material 2a and third frame steel material 2c, respectively, extending to one end, and each end of the flat flanges 15', 15' which can be extended. The parts are connected by a similar flat flange 15'', and the flat flanges 15',
15', 15'' and the second frame steel material 2b constitute a frame portion that defines an opening 7 for an entrance and exit at one end of the composite panel C.The opening 7 is formed by coating glass fiber and the synthetic resin coating layer. The inner and outer surfaces of each flat flange 15 and each flat flange 15', 15', 15'' may be covered with a plywood 8 which is a face plate, and are covered with a plywood 8 which is a face plate. It is coated with the above synthetic resin coating layer 10, and all seams are also sealed.

Next, the connection means of the composite panel D for forming a floorboard shown in FIGS. 12 to 14 will be explained. As shown in FIG. A flat flange 15 similar to that described with respect to the composite panel C for forming a top plate is projected from each outer peripheral edge of 2a to 2d. That is, the flat flange 15 is similar to the flat flange 15 of the composite panel C for forming a top plate,
It is completely the same except that it does not have the opening 7 like the composite panel C described above, which extends outward on the inner surface side that becomes the indoor side when assembled.

In constructing a storage using each of the composite panels A to D configured as described above, two composite panels A to be used as the first exterior wall panel and two composite panels B to be used as the second exterior wall panel are used. Prepare one composite panel C to serve as a top plate and one composite panel D to serve as a floor plate, stack the flat flange 15 on the L-shaped flange 11 of each of the composite panels A to D in a predetermined order, By connecting the stacked plates with bolts 13, a storage shed can be easily constructed. In addition, depending on the implementation, the first external wall board,
It is of course possible to provide an entrance/exit to the composite panel A or B forming the second exterior wall board, and it is also possible to provide a window, and it is also possible to provide a skylight to the composite panel C used as a top plate.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the work of connecting adjacent composite panels A to D is a simple work of connecting the L-shaped flange 11 and the flat flange 15 with bolts 13, and the bolt connection is also simple. The work can be done from the outside, making the construction work very simple and improving work efficiency.Furthermore, the connection points of each composite panel A to D are done by a flat flange and an L-shaped flange, respectively. Since there are no connection points or protrusions on the panel surface, it has a very good appearance.

In addition, by using the steel framework of each composite panel with plywood attached on both sides and the above-mentioned L-shaped flanges and flat flanges, it is possible to construct a rigid wall structure with the high strength required for buildings. By pasting plywood on both sides of the steel frame and coating it with a synthetic resin coating layer, and by coating the outer surfaces of both flanges with a synthetic resin coating layer, a rigid structure with excellent robustness against vertical and lateral loads is achieved. It is well-suited for use as a structural panel for wall construction, as it has sufficient structure, has excellent weather resistance (blocking heat and humidity, etc.), and is also waterproof and airtight, and also has the appearance of a decorative material. We were able to provide

1. A steel frame is composed of frame steel materials forming the framework and support steel members framed within the framework, plywood is pasted on both sides of the steel framework, and the outer surface of the plywood is coated with a synthetic resin coating layer. The composite panel is coated with an L-shaped flange integrally provided along the outer surface of the frame steel material, and the composite panel is integrally provided with a flat flange along the outer surface of the frame steel material. By attaching the L-shaped flange, a bolt opening opening along the frame steel is formed between the L-shaped flange and the frame steel, and the L-shaped flange is overlapped with the flat flange, and the bolt tightening opening is formed between the L-shaped flange and the frame steel. A wall construction composite panel characterized in that the above-mentioned superimposed flanges are fastened together through the above, and the outer surfaces of the above-mentioned both flanges are coated with the above-mentioned synthetic resin coating layer.
