Claims (1)
- ガイドレールに摺動自在に嵌合されるリニアガ
イド装置において、ガイドレールの両側に縦に配
置した一対のクランプバーの中程をガイド装置本
体又はこれと一体の固定部材に弾性ヒンジを介し
て一体化し、上記ガイド装置本体又は固定部材に
取付けた圧電素子の伸縮側の両端面を各クランプ
バーの一方の端部の内側面に当接せしめ、各クラ
ンプバーの他方の端部内側面を微小間隙をもつて
ガイドレールの両側面に対向せしめたことを特徴
とするリニアガイド装置。
