つていた。 In offshore oil drilling, when a blowout occurs from the well or the gap between the casing and the drill pipe during drilling or well completion work, or when signs of a blowout appear, the pressure is transferred to the wellbore. The BOP stack, which is a blowout preventer installed above the wellhead for containment and control, weighs between 100 and 200 tons, and such heavy objects are used during the drilling preparation process on offshore oil drilling barges. The task of assembling these under poor working conditions was extremely difficult and dangerous.

The BOP stack 3 is installed on the spider beam 8 in the moonpool 6 at the center of the drilling well of the oil drilling barge as shown by the dashed line 3' using the mobile crane 5 provided on the substructure 2, and then The upper BOP stack 4, which had been stored in the same position, was integrated into the lower BOP stack 3' installed in the moon pool 6 as shown by the dashed line 4' using the mobile crane 5 in the same manner as described above.

Doing this at sea in poor conditions and within a limited time was not only extremely dangerous, but also took a long time to assemble.

A removable moving device was installed on the skid rail extending from the moon pool at the center of the wellbore, and a BOP was relocated on the skid rail mentioned above.
It is constructed by providing a traversing device which allows the stack to be moved onto the spider beam in the moon pool.

A mobile crane 5, which is a moving device that can be moved to a lower position than the skid rail 7, is provided, and the upper and lower BOP stacks 3' and 4', which have been moved onto the skid rail 7, are moved to a lower position than the lower BOP stack. The head of the BOP stack 4' is positioned at a height below the lower surface of the substructure 2, and is then mounted on a spider beam 8 provided in the moonpool 6 using a suitable cross-feeding device such as a cylinder or winch (not shown). As shown in FIG.
They are installed on the spider beam 8 at a lower position of the substructure 2 as shown by dashed-dotted lines 4' and 3'.

The center of gravity of the barge can be lowered, and the upper and lower parts are integrated.
This makes it easier to install the BOP stacks 4 and 3 from their storage positions to the seabed from the center of the wellbore.

間の短縮をはかりうるという利点がある。 Therefore, in an oil drilling barge employing the BOP transfer device of the present invention, the upper and lower BOP stacks can be installed at a location away from the center of the wellbore, reducing dangerous assembly work on the platform. However, it has the advantage of simplifying the excavation preparation work and shortening the working time.
