、マンションなどでは床暖房が不可能であった。
このため、本発明者は既に、@S図に示すように表面材
1の裏面側に暖房手段2を設けた暖房パネル3の裏面側
に基材合板4を貼着させ、基材合板4内に配線用の連結
端子台5を端子台取付板8を介して固定して収容した床
暖房パネルA ”を開発している。
この床暖房パネルA”にあってはコンクリート床12に
も直貼りが可能で、マンションなどの床暖房が可能とな
るが、連結端子台5は固定されているので、第6図に示
すように連結端子5台問を結ぶ電線10に余裕を持たせ
ることができなく、施工性にわずかながら劣るという問
題があった。
本発明は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであり、その目
的とするところは、コンクリート床12にも直貼りが可
能で、マンションなどの床暖房を可能にさせ、しかも連
結端子台間の結線も簡単で施工性に優れる床暖房パネル

本発明の床暖房パネルは、表面材1の裏面側に暖房手段
2を設けた暖房パネル3の裏面側に基材合板4を貼着さ
せ、基材合板4内に配線用連結端子台5をスライド自在
に収容して成るものであり、この構成により上記課題が
解決されたものである。
[作用]
暖房パネル3の裏面側に貼着させた基材合板4内に配線
用連結端子台5を収容して(するので、配線用の連結端
子台5は床暖房パネルAの裏面側に突出していなく、コ
ンクリート床にも直貼りが可能となり、マンションなど
の床暖房が可能となるものであり、しかも、連結端子台
5をスライド自在に収容しているため、連結端子台5間
の結線も簡単で施工性に優れるものである。
[実施例1
表面材1の裏面には凹所6が形成されており、この凹所
6に暖房手段2である均熱板2aとフィルムヒータ2b
が配設されて長尺の暖房パネル3が構成されている。
暖房パネル3の裏面側には基材合板4が貼着されている
。この基材合板4の長手方向のra部に収容凹部7が設
けられている。この収容凹部7に端子台取付板8が収容
されている。端子台取付板8は逆ハツト型であり、下片
8aで基材合板4にねじ止めされ、両上片8bのより垂
下させた両側片8cに形成されたスライド溝14に連結
端子台5のスライド板15がスライド自在に挿入されて
連結端子台5が収容凹部7内にスライド自在に収容され
ている。端子台取付板8は連結用端子台5が暖房パネル
3の幅方向両側部に位置するように収容四部7に収容さ
れている。連結端子台5°同士及びフィルムヒータ2b
とは端子台取付板8の連結孔9を介して接続されており
、連結端子台5からは床暖房パネルA同士の接続用のV
VF線のような電線10が外部に導出されている。基材
合板4に裏面側から表面側に向けて複数の切溝が設けて
、防音材としてmfr/Aさせてもよい。
この基材合板4の裏面には厚み51程度のポリエチレン
、天然ゴムの発泡体のようなりッション材11が貼着さ
れている。
この床暖房パネルAは、複数枚例えば建物のコンクリー
トスラブのようなコンクリート床12に接着剤を介して
直接貼着して敷設される。施工に際しては、@4図に示
すように一方の床暖房パネルAの電線10を引いて連結
端子台5を隣接させる床暖房パネルA側にスライドさせ
電線10を結線させる。この後は電llA10を押して
、連結端子台5を押し込み、床暖房パネルA同士を接合
させてコンクリート床12に貼着させる。この場合、床
暖房パネルAの両側に連結端子台5を設けているので、
左右両側のどちらからでも電#i10を引き出すことが
でき、施工時に電線10の引き出し方向に気をわずられ
されることがない。
【発明の効果]
本発明にあっては、表面材の裏面側に暖房手段を設けた
暖房パネルの裏面側に基材合板を貼着させ、基材合板内
に配線用の連結端子台をスライド自在に収容しているの
で、配線用の連結端子台は床暖房パネルの裏面側に突出
していなく、従って、コンクリート床にも直貼りが可能
となり、マンションなどの床暖房が可能となるものであ
り、しかも、連結端子台をスライド自在に収容している
ので、施工に際して、連結端子台間の結線も簡単で施工
