能であつた。しかしながら、切削屑が粉塵状であ
る場合には、上記の排出ノズル20よりの排出は
周囲に粉塵を飛散させることになり、作業管理上
問題がある。また、木材あるいは軽量気泡コンク
リート等を切削する場合には、通常切削機は、第
8図に示すように、支軸4を支点として本体1の
先端を切込深さ調整ガイド11の長孔12に沿つ
て本体1を上下することにより切削深さを調整す
るものであるが、切削深さが浅い場合には、ベー
スプレート5と本体との間に間隙Aが生じ、この
間隙Aから切削屑が飛散することがある。さら
に、切削工程が進行するにつれ、カツター14の
高速の回転作用により、切削部より本体1の後方
にわたつて連続成形せられた切削溝をとおして切
削屑が本体後方に飛散せしめられるという避け得
ない欠点があるが、特に、軽量気泡コンクリート
のような切削屑が粉塵状である場合には、前記し
たように本体1の前部、後部より粉塵がくまなく
飛散し作業管理に問題を生ずるばかりでなく、作
業者それ自体にも影響をおよぼすこととなつてい
た。

と、切削屑が前記した隙間より外部に飛散しよう
とするが、本発明においては、カツター14の前
部を覆うように溝切削屑案内ガイド16が設けら

は、カツター14の回転にともないカツター室カ
バー6内部および溝切削屑案内ガイド16に導か
れてカツター室形成用カバー6に設けられたノズ
