In general, a control center has control units housed in multiple stacks on the front and rear sides, and includes a unit section located symmetrically with respect to the center of the cross section of the box body, and a vertical wiring section arranged adjacent to the unit section.
It has a vertical generatrix section located in the center of the cross section of the box. In addition, there is a horizontal bus bar section on the top of the box.
The lower part has a cable management section and uses a box constructed by combining various frames.

Conventionally, the control center box described above has vertical mounting members having a width approximately equal to the width of the vertical wiring section arranged from both sides of the box toward the center, and the control center is controlled by the vertical mounting members. The rear part of the partition plate, which also serves as the unit's guide rail, was fixed. Further, the vertical bus bar was also fixed to the vertical mounting member via an insulating supporter.

By the way, in a single-sided control center that does not house a control unit on the rear side, electrical equipment such as a terminal block may be housed on the rear side and connected by wiring to the control unit on the front side. In this case, the vertical mounting member becomes a hindrance. Therefore, the wiring route has been secured by providing a gap between the side surface of the side body and the vertical mounting member or by providing a through hole in the vertical mounting member. The above-mentioned wiring route is generally narrow, and wiring work is not easy.

Furthermore, since the work of fixing the vertical generatrix to the vertical mounting frame must be performed at the center of the box, there is a drawback that it is not easy and inefficient to connect the edges to the screw tightening locations.

This invention was made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, and the present invention has been made in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The space between the main column and the sub-column can be used as a wiring and cable lead-in route between the front and rear surfaces, and the vertical busbar is separated into a pair of sub-pillars installed in the sub-pillar. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a control center box that can be assembled outside the box, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of the conventional ones.

The space between the main column 3 and the sub-column 8 can be used as a vertical wiring section 103, and can also be used as a wiring and cable lead-in path between the front and rear surfaces. That is, in a single-sided control center in which no control unit is housed on the rear side, the wiring between the terminal block, etc. housed on the rear side and the control unit on the front side can be connected through the above-mentioned space by the shortest route. Furthermore, since the space is approximately equal in width to the vertical wiring section 103, an external line cable drawn in from the rear side can also be connected to the control unit on the front side through the space.

As described above, in this invention, by arranging the sub-pillars closer to the center of the box body than the main props disposed on both sides of the box body, a wiring route is formed between the main column and the sub-pillars. Therefore, it is possible to easily wire and lay cables between the front side and the rear side, and it is possible to obtain a control center box body in which the vertical bus bar can be efficiently assembled separately from the sub-pillar outside the box body.
