Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) A metal sleeve is fitted to the cylinder of a cylinder body to which a cylinder head is fixed via a head gasket, a ceramic cylinder liner is fitted to the sleeve, and the sleeve and the cylinder are fitted together. A cylinder liner structure characterized in that a liquid passage is formed by a spiral groove formed between the cylinder liner and the liner, and an inlet of the liquid passage is provided on the exhaust valve side. (2) The structure of the cylinder liner according to claim 1, wherein the sleeve is made of a metal material having a coefficient of thermal expansion substantially equivalent to that of the ceramic material of the cylinder liner. (3) The structure of the cylinder liner according to claim 1, wherein the upper part of the sleeve has a smaller groove pitch than the lower part.
