  1. 蓋体に設けられた凹状の端子保護部に突出され
    て頂部を封口せる極柱挿通部に充填剤を介して極
    柱を挿通した状態で極柱挿通部の頂部封口部が切
    削され端子保護部に露出した極柱と端子とが接続
    されて充填剤により封口してなる密閉形鉛蓄電池
    。
