Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a superior displaying object suitable for indicating characters or crests on gravestones, stone monuments, name plates, or the like by a method wherein one or two ceramic materials of the same or different qualities are integrally formed, and projected and recessed parts forming the characters or patterns to be engraved on the surface are represented by different color glosses and tones. CONSTITUTION:To produce an indication object 1, a first ceramic member 2 and a second ceramic member 4, which are made of planar ceramic materials of different colors, are previously sinter-formed and bonded with each other with a suitable adhesive, or alternatively bonded or sinter-formed integrally by another means. On the surface of the integrated indication object 1, a mask of predetermined characters or crest patterns is applied and engraved by such a means as sand blasting.

1 and 2 of the drawings show an example of a ceramic display object manufactured according to the present invention, and the display object 1 is composed of a first ceramic member 2 and a second ceramic member 4. has been done. The first ceramic member 2 and the second ceramic member 4 are selected from ceramic materials of different colors, for example, a gold ceramic material and a black ceramic material. The first and second ceramic members 2.4 made of ceramic materials of different colors are formed by bonding pre-sintered plate-shaped pieces with a suitable adhesive or by other means. They are integrated by joining or molding and sintering, thereby producing the display object 1. In particular, it is preferable that the first ceramic material 2 on the front side is made to a required J as shown in the figure, and the surface of such an integrated display object 1 is coated with a method such as sandblasting. Predetermined characters, patterns, emblems, etc. are engraved.

Furthermore, instead of engraving letters, patterns, emblems, etc. by sandblasting on the surface of the first ceramic member 2 on the surface side of the display object 1 in which the first and second ceramic members 2.4 are integrated, it is possible to integrate them. Letters, patterns, emblems, etc. are cut out in advance on the thin first ceramic member 2.
This first ceramic member 2 can also be integrated with the second ceramic member 4 by adhering or joining them.

Furthermore, for the first and second ceramic members 2.4, in addition to ceramic materials of different colors, ceramic materials of the same color but with different tones or shadings, different types of ceramic materials, etc. can be used, and even ceramic materials of the same color can be used. The materials are colored with various ingredients and are layered together during molding, and this molded or calcined body is engraved with letters, patterns, emblems, etc. using sandblasting until it reaches the second layer of ceramics. Later, this can be sintered and integrated to obtain an integrated product. Also, grind the surface of the pit if necessary? 1JI

Effects of the Invention As described above, the ceramic display object of the present invention has 1
Because it is made of two types of ceramic materials, which may be the same or different, there is almost no wear on the uneven parts such as letters, patterns, and coats of arms over many years, and the colors do not fade, so the letters always remain intact. The uneven parts of patterns, coats of arms, etc. are clearly expressed in different glosses, colors, or tones, and they stand out clearly in conjunction with the surrounding color to give a three-dimensional effect, and are used to decorate gravestones, stone monuments, etc. It is suitable for displaying characters, emblems, or family crests on nameplates, etc., and has the effect of providing an excellent display object.
