Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A hollow main body case is provided with a passage hole at the tip and an opening at the base end, and inside the main body case, the main body case extends longitudinally from the opening to the tip side along the inner wall of the main body case. A movable member extending in the direction is arranged, and when the movable member is in its original position on the proximal end side, it is locked so that it cannot move, and when it is moved toward the distal end side, it is unlocked and comes into sliding contact with the inner wall of the passage hole, so that it can no longer be moved in and out.
