Claims (1)
- 空気を流通させる流通管内に配置され空気中の
塵埃を捕集する濾紙と、流通管の排気側に設けら
れた吸引ポンプと、前記濾紙の捕集面に検出面を
近接して対向配置されたα線検出器と、前記濾紙
及びα線検出器が配置された流通管部を真空状態
とするために流通管の吸入側に設けられた真空形
成用バルブと、を有し、前記α線検出器により濾
紙に捕集された塵埃中のα線エネルギ解析を行う
ことを特徴とするα線ダストモニタ。
