がある。<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> In the torsional damper, since the inertia ring and the damper plate move relative to each other during torsional vibration damping, minute adhesive peeling tends to occur near the bonded area between the two and the torsion rubber. The inner peripheral surface is prone to cracks due to deterioration of the rubber over time and repeated torsional loads. If you are driving on a normal road, even if there is a slight adhesive peeling or crack, it will not affect the function if it remains without progressing, but if you drive in desert areas etc., it will kick up dust. The sand that has entered the area due to the adhesive peeling and the sliding of the crack due to the expansion and contraction of the torsion rubber performs a grinding action similar to that of a grinder, gradually eroding the area and causing a large This may lead to adhesive peeling and cracks, which may eventually lead to damage to the torsional damper.

In a torsional damper comprising an inertia ring bonded to the torsion rubber, a tongue piece covering the inner peripheral surface of the inertia ring is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the torsion rubber, and a tongue piece is continuous with the tongue piece on a concave curved R surface of the damper plate. It is integrally formed with chevron-shaped protrusions on both sides with their tips facing outward.

This will greatly extend the service life of the torsion rubber.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a circular damper plate fixed to a rotating shaft such as a crankshaft. Torsion rubber 3 is bonded to both surfaces of the outer peripheral edge of this damper plate 1, and inertia rings 2 are bonded to both outer surfaces of the torsion rubber 3. Such a structure is known as a torsional damper.

The sand flowing in the direction of the inner circumferential surface of the tongue is blown away by the protrusions 4 in the outward direction, and the sand blown outward by the protrusions 4 is guided by the R surface 5 and the inclined surface 6 of the tongue piece 7 and forced outward. This also ensures that the inertia ring 2 and the torsion rubber 3 are prevented from entering the adhesive surface.
