Some conventional collating devices produce continuous forms for copying consisting of multiple sheets. For example, as shown in FIG. A plurality of continuous forms 3 in which each unit form 2 is continuous are pulled out, and each unit form 2 is superimposed through the transfer hole 1 so as not to shift. While being transferred, the continuous forms 3 are superimposed. Stitching is performed at predetermined points using gluing units 5, 5 that apply adhesive to predetermined positions on the surface, and perforations 7 for folding and separating are provided for each unit form 2 using a perforation roller 6. A collating device 10 manufactured by the above method is known.

In this collating device 10, since the printing of adjacent unit forms are all the same, a plurality of continuous forms 3 to be collated are pulled out, and the transfer pinholes 1 provided on both sides of each continuous form 3 are overlapped and the sheets are stacked together. Once set on the overlapping tractor 4 in the combining device 10, continuous forms 9 for copying can be produced without shifting, and are used by manufacturers of continuous forms.

By the way, the continuous form 9 for copying is used in the computer room of the person who ordered the continuous form 9 for copying, and in order to print out information on the continuous form 9 for copying, printing pressure must be applied with an impact printer. In addition, it is necessary to perform copying, and other non-impact printers such as electrostatic type or inkjet type cannot make copies, and these printers have the disadvantage that they cannot be used.

However, in order to make the printer correspond to the information on the unit form of each continuous form for each continuous form, it is difficult to print out the information on the unit form of each continuous form in a fixed order, but due to mechanical characteristics and operational convenience. There is a skipped part in the middle of the printout, so it rarely happens that each unit form is printed out with a page break, and this part of the page break is mostly for printing out each continuous form. When collating work is performed using a conventional collating device, parts where information is not printed out and parts where information is printed out are also collated during the collating process, resulting in the unit form being lost. Mismatching errors, such as overlapping each other vertically, have caused inconveniences such as not being corrected.

Incidentally, in order to equalize the transport path distance of each continuous form connecting the pull-out tractor 22 and the overlapping tractor 23, it is not necessary to set the position form of the plural pull-out tractors 22 in the state shown in FIG. It is sufficient that the distances of the transport paths for the continuous forms 11 to be transported from the respective pull-out tractors 22 to the stacking tractor 23 can be set to be substantially equal, and for this purpose, a transport roller or various types of feed guides may be provided between the transport paths. It's something that doesn't exist.

Next, the usage state of this collation device 21 will be explained based on the assumption that a continuous form 11 shown in FIG. 2 is used to create a multi-sheet stitched continuous form 140 with secondary entry. Continuous forms 11A, 11 printed out separately in advance
B, 11C, and 11D, pull out the transfer holes 12 on both sides, set them on the tractor 22, and insert the tip of each continuous form 11 into the instruction guide G.
Set it accordingly. Next, when the collating device 21 is driven, the pull-out tractor 22 is driven at the same time. Then, the plurality of continuous forms 11 are passed through the guide 31 of the slack passage, and the tractor 2
3, the feed of the pull-out tractor 22 is temporarily stopped, and each unit form 14 of each continuous form 11 is aligned vertically, and then the conveyance holes 12 on both sides are aligned.
are placed on top of each other and set on the tractor 23. When the collating device 21 is driven again, the plurality of continuous forms 11 superimposed by the superimposing tractor 23 reach the binding mechanism 25, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 16 applied in advance to predetermined locations on the continuous forms 11 reaches the binding mechanism 25. The adhesion conditions are applied by the pressure rollers 24, 24, and the plurality of continuous forms 11 are stitched together at predetermined locations. Then, the cutting device 51 in the latter stage
When the collating device 21 reaches the transportation tractor 52, the collating device 21 is stopped again, and the stitched continuous forms 11 are
If the transporting hole 12 of No. 0 is set in the transporting tractor 52 and the collating device 21 and cutting device 51 are driven again, the unnecessary marginal portion 13 of the stitched continuous form 110 is cut off and further separated. The sheet is torn at the perforation 15 to complete a multi-sheet bound form 140 for secondary entry.

Next, to explain the operation of the collation mechanism 29 described above, when each continuous form 11 is set at a predetermined position on the pull-out tractor 22 and the collating device 21 is driven, the leading edge of each continuous form 11 is detected by the leading edge detection sensor 27. The tip detection signal is input to the tip detection signal input section 33. When this leading edge detection signal is input, as shown in FIG. The pulse signal from the encoder 32 is received. Then, as the pulse signal of the encoder 32 changes, the main counter 34 sends a ROM storing different data depending on the width of the unit form 14 to be processed in advance and the printing position of the verification mark 18 to the verification mark area control unit 37. Verification timing control section 38,
Signals are sent to the blank paper detection mark area control section 35 and the blank paper detection timing control section 36, respectively, and the flip-flop circuits 39,
A shift signal for resetting to 40 is issued.

A blank page detection mark 19 is attached to each unit form 14 on which information is printed out, and if a detection signal can be detected from all four unit forms 14 superimposed by each mark sensor 26, the blank sheet detection mark 19 is marked. No signal flows to the circuit and the OR circuit does not operate. Therefore, if all or part of the blank unit form 14 on which information has not been printed out exists, the verification mechanism 29 issues a stop signal.
Further, the collation mark 18 is attached to all four unit forms 14 that are superimposed. Detect and compare whether the presence or absence of marks is the same. Therefore, if there is an abnormality in the matching of the overlapping unit forms 14, the matching mechanism 29 issues a stop signal.
For example, between dotted lines l-m and n-
The unit forms 14A, 14B, which are sandwiched between o.
When 14C and 14D are superimposed, the timing chart shown in the circuit diagram of the matching mechanism in FIG. 4 is expressed as in the explanatory diagram shown in FIG. 5.

B is not printed out, and therefore the blank detection mark 19 of the collation mark 18 is also not printed out, and the main counter 34 sends a timing signal D 0 to the blank detection mark area control section 35. When the signal is issued, the mark area is opened and the flip-flop circuit 40 is opened.
FF 6 Q issues a blank page detection signal with no printing. When the main counter 34 issues a blank page timing signal D1 to the blank page detection timing control section 36, the stop flip-flop circuit 41 issues a stop signal.

In addition, in the case of the above-mentioned no-no, unit report 14
Information is printed out for A, 14B, 14C, and 14D, but unit forms 14A and 14
In contrast to C and 14D, 14B is not a unit form to be superimposed, but the verification detection mark 20 of the verification mark 18 is also different. Therefore, the timing chart shown in FIG.
All the blank paper detection marks 19 have the stop flip-flop circuit 41 in the above explanation.
will not issue a stop signal. and,
Mark area timing signal D 2 from main counter 34 to verification mark area control section 37
When the five bits of the verification detection mark 20 are divided into five bits and issued in order, the mark areas are opened in order accordingly. On the other hand, a verification timing signal D 3 is sent from the main counter 34 to the verification timing control section 38.
However, the presence of marks is detected in all the first bits, and when the flip-flop circuit 39 issues the same signal, the verification circuit also determines that they are the same. After the reset signal D4 is sent from the main counter 34 to the flip-flop circuit 39, when the matching circuit similarly judges the second bit, the unit form 14A,
Since 14B has no mark compared to 14C and 14D, it is determined that the collation detection mark 20 is different, and a signal is sent to the stop flip-flop circuit 41, which causes the stop flip-flop circuit 41 to issue a stop signal. It will be done.

In this way, the collating device 21 stops when any matching abnormality is detected, but at that time, since each mark sensor 26 is provided at the front end of the pull-out tractor, it is possible to detect the blank sheet or the leading edge of the unit form with the matching abnormality. Normal unit report 1 in the previous stage
The perforation 15 for separation from the pull-out tractor 22 is stopped on the pull-out tractor 22 or on the front side thereof.
The blank sheet or the unit form with the matching abnormality may be removed, the cut-off perforation 15 portions may be connected with tape or the like, and the collation operation may be started again.

In addition, it is important that the unit forms of each continuous form have the same size in the transport direction (minor width) in the continuous form, but the size (width) in the direction perpendicular to the transport direction may vary as necessary. In this case, the stacked continuous forms may be transported using one of the stacking tractors and the transporting tractor of the cutting device.

Furthermore, before printing out information around the overlapping surfaces of each continuous form, we apply pressure-sensitive adhesive, heat-sensitive adhesive, etc. in a U-shape, and create opening perforations on the inside of the adhesive. You can also use a set of continuous forms.Among the continuous forms, print out the addressee and verification mark on each unit form of the continuous form that is the upper part of the stack, and print out the address and verification mark on each unit form of the continuous form that is the lower part. By printing out the address of each unit form, the notification letter corresponding to the reference mark, and the reference mark, and applying adhesive conditions such as heat and pressure to the stacked continuous forms using the binding mechanism of this invention, the address and notification can be printed out. A desired number of notification envelopes (sealed letters) with matching information can be easily created.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a plurality of pull-out tractors are provided upstream of the superimposing tractor, and the pull-out tractors including the vicinity of each pull-out tractor or the respective pull-out tractors connecting the pull-out tractor and the superimposing tractor are provided. A detection mechanism is installed at a predetermined position on the continuous form transfer path, and a verification mechanism is provided to compare the detection signals of this detection mechanism. This makes it easy to collate multiple continuous forms that have been printed out in advance and include verification marks. In addition to being able to reliably prevent matching errors, the transfer path distance for each continuous form connecting the multiple pull-out tractors and the stacking tractor is set equal, so it is possible to match multiple continuous forms to be collated. The matching mechanism is not only a simple mechanism, but also allows the matching abnormality to be easily removed when a matching abnormality is detected, and collation work can be performed with extremely simple operations.
