Claims (1)
- 空気を断熱圧縮する圧縮機、該圧縮空気を加熱
する空気加熱器、同加熱器からの空気を通して除
塵するフイルター、除塵後の空気を冷却する熱交
換器、同熱交換器からの空気を通し断熱膨張させ
て降温させる断熱膨張弁よりなり、これらの機器
を順次通過して所定温度の滅菌冷暖空気を得るこ
とを特徴とする滅菌冷暖空気の製造装置。
