In the present invention, when concrete is poured into a base mat-like concrete structure, a concave groove is formed in the upper surface of the base mat-like concrete structure in a maze-like manner and forms a closed circuit, and the concrete is cured in this groove. It is characterized by continuously or intermittently circulating a curing medium such as water, steam, or air that is suitable for the temperature through a temperature and pressure control device, and examples thereof will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. do.

The grooves 2 are formed in a labyrinth shape with appropriate intervals between adjacent grooves, and are formed in a closed circuit via the temperature and pressure feeding device 3. Further, the size of the groove 2 is determined depending on the area and thickness of the concrete. In addition, a wooden frame or a box made of steel or the like can be installed in the groove 2, if necessary, with a removable lid.

As described in detail above, according to the present invention, a concave groove running in a labyrinth shape and forming a closed circuit is formed on the upper surface of a base mat-like concrete structure, and a temperature suitable for concrete curing is maintained in the groove. Since the adjusted curing medium is pumped and circulated, a properly controlled temperature is applied to the concrete surface with grooves, so it is possible to reduce the temperature stress caused by the heat of hydration in the concrete at an early stage. As a result, cracks can be controlled and high quality concrete structures can be obtained.

Furthermore, since covering the groove does not prevent damage to the next operation, secondary effects such as long-term temperature control can be obtained.

Furthermore, since the top surface of the base mat-like concrete structure is uneven, the strength of the joint with the concrete poured onto the top surface side is improved.
