図である。図において、１は巻枠、２′は超電導
線、３―１，３―２…は中空金属管、４は冷却フ
イン、５は超電導コイル、６は上フランジ、７は
下フランジである。尚、図中、同一符号は同一、
又は相当部分を示す。

- 熱硬化性樹脂により含浸され硬化させることに
より形成される浸漬型のソレノイド型超電導コイ
ルにおいて、コイル冷却用として、層間に、冷媒
が貫流する中空金属管を巻き込んだことを特徴と
する超電導コイル。
