- 金属製箱状体の上端および下端に外方に突出し
たフランジを全周にわたつて設けると共に、前記
箱状体側面にリード端子挿通穴を形成し、このリ
ード端子挿通孔にリード端子を挿通したのち、突
出したフランジと箱状体の側面で構成される封着
空隙に絶縁材を充填したことを特徴とする気密端
子。
