Claims (1)
- 圧縮気体でポンプ部を駆動すを薬液ポンプにお
いて、上記圧縮気体の圧力を検出する検出器、こ
の検出器が上記圧縮気体の圧力の低下を検出した
時に上記ポンプへの流体系路を閉ぐバルブを備え
た薬液ポンプ。
