However, in the conventional method for fixing centralized piping in a concentrated arrangement, the former method not only requires a cumbersome post-treatment process to remove flux residue and oxides from the surface after the brazing work, but also Incomplete removal tended to have an adverse effect on subsequent plating treatments related to corrosion resistance and the like on the surface. In the latter case, there is a problem in that the entire equipment is large-scale due to the need for an atmospheric gas generator, and in both of these cases, it is necessary to prepare in advance for the subsequent plating treatment related to corrosion resistance on the surface. The complicated bending shape of the processed parts significantly reduces processability, and at the same time, the plating film thickness becomes uneven, leading to early rusting, and overall, the extra man-hours increase the cost of the product. Summer.

In order to extremely effectively solve such conventional problems, the present invention utilizes a mold consisting of a split mold having a particularly hollow shape, so that straight pipes of pipe materials arranged collectively by being clamped in the mold are used. A thermoplastic resin material in the form of a plate, rod, or granule is clamped at an appropriate location in advance and set in the hollow interior, and then a mold is heated and pressed to soften and melt the resin material to form the hollow. The purpose is to solve this problem by proposing a method for fixing centralized piping in a concentrated array, which is constructed by filling the pipe into the shape and then casting and embedding it in a lump-wrapping shape using a clamp molded body that solidifies as it cools. It is something to do.

The present invention relates to a method for centrally arranging and fixing centralized piping, and relates to a method for centrally arranging and fixing centralized piping, in which straight pipe portions of a plurality of metal pipe materials having a relatively small diameter are gathered and arranged in substantially parallel. It is held in a proper place by a thermoplastic resin material in the shape of a plate, rod, or granule, and set all at once in the width direction of a mold consisting of a pair of upper and lower split molds each having a desired hollow shape inside. Then, in this state, the mold is heated and pressed to soften and melt the resin material and fill it into the hollow shape, and then a cooling treatment is performed, and the solidified clamp molded body is used to form the metal tube material arranged in a concentrated manner. This method is based on a concentrated arrangement fixing method in which the parts are cast and buried in the appropriate places in a lump-like manner.

To explain the present invention with reference to the drawings, Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a centralized piping obtained by the method of the present invention, and 1 is a perspective view of a centralized pipe obtained by the method of the present invention, in which resin tubes, rubber tubes, etc. are connected to each end, and different flow paths Pipe diameter 15m/m with bending shapes in various directions to form
It is a metal pipe material with a relatively small diameter of
The straight pipe portions of each of these plurality of pipes are held at appropriate positions in the width direction by the concentrated arrangement fixing method described below, and are held together by the clamp molded body 4 made of thermoplastic resin material that has been heated, softened, melted, and solidified. It is constructed by casting and embedding. That is, as shown in FIG. 2 in connection with the concentrated array fixing method, the straight pipe portions of the metal pipes 1 that are gathered and arranged in parallel are fixed at appropriate locations with a plate-shaped heat-resistant material made of, for example, vinyl chloride, polypropylene, or nylon. plastic resin material 3',
3', as shown in FIG. 3 or 4, the mold is placed in a mold consisting of a pair of upper and lower split molds 2, 2 each having a desired hollow shape 3, 3 in its width direction. Alternatively, the mounting bracket 6 to be attached to the mating base is installed with or without a similar resin material interposed in the middle, and the mounting wall portion of the mounting bracket is exposed to the outside. The metal fittings are exposed and set in a collective clamping shape, and then, in this state, the metal fittings are heated by a heater 5 built into the mold side and pressed to soften and melt the resin material to form the hollow shape. 3, let it fill up. Further, a cooling treatment is performed to form a solidified clamp molded body 4, and the clamp molded body is cast to enclose the metal pipes 1 at the appropriate locations or including the installation wall portion of the mounting fitting 6 at once. It is buried.

Since the present invention is based on the above-mentioned concentrated arrangement and fixing method of concentrated piping, it is possible to easily fix the concentrated pipes by simply softening and melting the thermoplastic resin material by heating and pressing, and by shrinking and solidifying the resin material by cooling. The concentrated array fixing function can be achieved by casting and embedding the metal pipes 1 and 6 in close contact with the surface of the metal pipe 1 or the mounting fitting 6.

5 carbon steel pipes of 6.35 m/m in outer diameter, which were similarly treated with the electrolytic coating and chromate coating.
A total of 7 metal pipes, consisting of 2 carbon steel pipes with a wall thickness of 0.7m/m and a length of 150m/m to 300m/m, were assembled and arranged approximately in parallel at the appropriate positions of each straight pipe section. In this state, a plate-shaped thermoplastic resin material made of nylon 11 is held between the top and bottom of the straight pipe portion at the appropriate position, and the tube is placed in a mold consisting of a pair of upper and lower split molds each having a rectangular hollow shape inside. It is set in a clamping manner across the width direction, and then heated at a temperature of 180℃ and a pressing force of 50℃ using a heater built into the mold side.
Kg, heated and pressed with a pressing time of 20 seconds to soften and melt the resin material, fill it into the hollow shape, and then cool it, then take it out from the mold and solidify it using a clamp molded body. A centralized piping structure was obtained in which the metal pipes arranged in clusters were cast and buried at the appropriate locations in a lump-like manner.

As described above, the method of centrally arranging and fixing centralized piping according to the present invention involves casting and embedding a plurality of metal pipes in a package by softening and melting the resin material as it is heated and pressed. There is no need for any troublesome post-processing to remove flux residue or oxides after fixing work, and the plating film can be pre-plated using a thermoplastic resin material that softens and melts when heated at a relatively low temperature of about 200℃ or less. This makes it possible to use pipe materials that have a similar shape and to perform the plating without damaging the plating film, which eliminates the need for re-plating on complex bent shapes after fixing, and greatly reduces the plating process. This improves workability and reduces product costs by eliminating the need for extra man-hours. Also, since the original state of the plated metal and chromate coating can be maintained as it is, early production is possible. This is an extremely useful centralized piping system and a method for arranging and fixing the same, which has many effects such as eliminating concerns about rust.
