筒の外筒からの離脱を阻止する係合孔が設けられ

に前記外筒の周壁に当接して該ロツクピンを前記
内筒の内方へ退かせる傾斜面が形成され、ステア
リングロツク部材にはイグニシヨンキーのオフの
