Claims (1)
- ゴム等の弾性材料をラツパ状に拡開させた吸着
面を有した吸着盤本体に対し、該吸着盤本体を外
縁部近傍で支持する押圧カバーと、該吸着盤本体
の中央にインサートされた突出軸とにより、上記
押圧カバー外側から突出軸を引き上げて、壁面に
対して中央部の空隙を拡大し内部圧力を減圧する
ことで、吸着する装置において、吸着面の中央部
が微小な凹状の球面となつた中央部隙間と、該中
央部隙間の外側は、壁面に対して手前側をゆるく
傾斜した開放的な外縁隙間を有したことを特徴と
する、吸着盤。
