時間が設定されているだけでは十分な急速冷凍が
行なえない欠点があつた。つまり食品の温度が高
い時は当然冷凍する時間を多く必要とし、かつ冷
蔵庫の周囲温度が高い時も当然負荷としては多く
必要としているため冷凍に要する時間も多く必要
とするものである。

よつて冷蔵室温度を所望の温度に保つものであ
る。このダンパーサーモスタツト10にはこのダ
ンパーサーモスタツトの動作を補償する温度補償
ヒータ11が設けられている。而して冷凍室7、
冷蔵室8へは電動送風機5によつて蒸発器4で冷
却された冷気を図中矢印で示す如く強制循環する
ものである。

する正特性感熱抵抗素子であり、前記タイマー駆
動用電動機12bと直列に接続して本体1外部の
一部に設け、外気温度に応じて時限タイマー装置
12の作動時間を補正するタイマー動作変更手段
として作用するものである。

れ急速冷凍を開始する。又一方急速冷凍の開始と
同時に時限タイマー装置12のタイマー駆動用電
動機12bへの通電が開始され時間積算を始める
が前記駆動用電動機12bは本体1外部に設けた
正特性発熱抵抗素子13と直列に接続されてお
り、外気温度が変化すると感熱抵抗素子13の固
有抵抗もそれに応じて変化するため駆動用電動機
12bに印加される電圧も分圧比で変化する。即
ち外気温度が高い時は駆動用電動機12bに印加
される分圧が低くなつて回転速度が低下し、逆に
外気温度が低くなると駆動用電動機12bに印加
される分圧が高くなつて回転速度が増するため外
気温度によつてスイツチ12aが自動開成するま
での所要時間を自動的に制御し変化させる。その
後前記した様に外気温度に応じた時間設定内で冷
凍室7内の食品等が冷凍を完了して所定時間を経
過すると駆動用電動機12bの回転に応動するカ
ム板等を介してスイツチ12aの各接点は自動的
に元の状態に開成復帰され急速冷凍を終了解除す
る。

に本体1外部に設けた正特性感熱抵抗素子13を
接続させることによつて外気温度に応じて急速冷
凍リセツトまでの所要時間を自動的に変化させる
ことが出来る。即ち、被冷凍物品自体の温度が高
く且つ、冷蔵庫1の冷却能力にも裕度のない高外
気温時には自動的に急速冷凍リセツトまでの所要
時間を延長し、逆に被冷凍物品自体の温度が低
く、且つ冷蔵庫1の冷却能力にも裕度がある低外
気温時には自動的に急速冷凍リセツトまでの所要
時間を短縮するため外気温度にあつて必要な所要
時間で効率のよい急速冷凍を行なうことが出来、
必要以上に急速冷凍を継続してしまつたり、急速
冷凍時間が不足であつたりする不都合が生じな
い。
