Claims (1)
- 鉄道車両用歯車装置の軸封装置において、軸受
押えフタと車軸に嵌着したカラーとの間に設けた
ラビリンス部分より更に外側に、少なくとも内径
部分をゴムなどの可撓性材料をモールドまたは接
着し、外径が前記軸受押えフタのラビリンス部内
径より大きい振切りリングを設け、これを前記カ
ラーに嵌着し、且つ振切りリングのカラーへの嵌
着部はカラーに振切りリングの軸方向寸法より広
巾の浅い溝を削正し、この溝に振切りリングを嵌
着して溝部の残余部分に円周上の一カ所を切断し
た形状のスナツプリングを嵌着して振切りリング
を固定し、更にその外側に内径がカラーとの間に
細隙をなすラビリンス部を有する小フタを軸受押
えフタに取着して構成したことを特徴とする軸封
装置。
