おそれがある。特に従来の圧入式の導電金具は側
板の左右側縁へ鋸歯を刻設し、これを基台の孔壁
へ打ち込んで刺着するものであるから、真上へ引
き上げられると抜けてしまうという大きな欠点を
有している。また従来の圧入式端子台で用いられ
た導電金具は、矩形の水平板の両側縁を下向きに
折曲げて矩形の側板を形成し、この側板の左右側
縁へ鋸歯を刻設するため、取付孔は必然的に角孔
にならざるを得ない。ところが、絶縁基台へ位
置、寸法に狂いのない角孔を形成することは、金
型の製作において極めて困難であり、特に誤差の
許容範囲が±0.2mm程度のこの種の製品において

この雌ネジは後述の結線ビス3bを螺着するため
のものである。円板1の周縁より1対の弧状側板
4a,4bを下向きに設け、しかも第1,6図示
のように側板4a,4bのアールは円板1のそれ
と同じである。なお、弧状側板4はこの実施例の
ように必ずしも1対である必要はなく、3個以上
でも、また筒状であつてもよい。側板4a,4b
へは第4図示のように外向きの膨出部5,5,5
を僅かに打起こして形成し、側板4aの下端より
刺込手段6として刺込舌片を一体的に突設し、側
板4bの下端より端子脚7を一体的に突設する。
一方、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、ポリカーボ
ネート、ナイロンのような比較的柔かく弾力性を
有するプラスチツクをもつて絶縁基台8を製し、
外周へ浅溝9,9,9…を設けて区画10,1
0,10…を形成する。この浅溝9は極めて多区
画の絶縁基台から所望区画数のものを得る際に、
切断しやすくするためのものである。各区画10
の上面より有底丸孔11を設けるとともに正面略
中央より電線挿入孔12を設けて相互に直交さ
せ、丸孔底部13より脚挿通孔13′を設ける。
そして各区画10ごとに、上面より有底丸孔11
へ導電金具Aを嵌挿し、しかもビス3bの頭部が
電線挿入孔12との交差位置までくるように導電
金具Aを没入させ、刺込舌片6,6を丸孔底部1
3へ刺着するとともに端子脚7を脚挿通孔13′
を貫通させて絶縁基台8外へ導出する。図中、1
