(Prior art) Most of the devices conventionally used for inhaling gases such as oxygen for breathing are for medical use, and are either sealed types that connect the human respiratory system and the gas blowing section in a closed loop, or devices that open the gas blowing end to atmospheric pressure. There is an open type that is done by The closed loop type is mainly used for patients with serious illnesses such as those with tracheostomies, and the open type is used for people with mild illnesses. Gas inhalation devices include masks and nasal cannulae.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) The closed type uses a so-called mask or tracheal tube to supply gas while the breathing circuit consisting of the human body's respiratory system and breathing apparatus is sealed from the outside air. However, it has the disadvantage of causing irritation and discomfort due to covering the patient's mouth and nose or inserting an inhalation tube directly into the trachea, so it is mainly used only for critically ill patients.

On the other hand, as for the open type, there is a method and device for controlling the gas supply synchronized with breathing in a breathing system as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 59-8972. It is inserted into the body and blows gas through it, and it is mainly used for mildly ill patients who rely on spontaneous breathing because they are able to talk, eat and drink while inhaling.

The present inventor aims to provide a gas inhalation device for oxygen inhalation for healthy people, which inhales oxygen for the purpose of recovering from fatigue and improving learning ability in an oxygen-rich atmosphere. Therefore, as a gas inhalation device for oxygen inhalation used for this purpose, a closed type that is intended for critically ill patients is not suitable. Furthermore, the open mask type that is used comes in close contact with the face, causing discomfort, making it difficult to continue studying while wearing it. In addition, nasal cannula gas inhalers inhale oxygen with the oxygen blowing tube inserted into the nostrils, so they feel less obstructive than the aforementioned mask type, but because they are in close contact with the skin, they do not feel bothersome, especially in summer. strong. For healthy people, especially for enhancing learning ability, it is necessary to use something that does not make you feel uncomfortable when wearing it, so that you can concentrate on learning. An object of the present invention is to provide a gas inhaler that solves the problems of the prior art.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention proposes a new gas inhaler in order to improve the above-mentioned drawbacks, in which a blow-off section having a blow-off hole and a conduit are connected by a flexible pipe member. This is an oxygen inhalation gas blower, which is fixed to a headband at the connecting part, and is configured so that when the headband is fixed to the head, the blowhole can be adjusted to be close to the nostril using a flexible pipe member, and the blower has a comfortable fit. The purpose is to provide a gas blowing unit for inhaling oxygen gas that does not make the patient feel the sensation. When gas is blown from the hose-like blowing end toward the nostrils near the nostrils, the headband is attached to the head to prevent the blowing end from coming into direct contact with the skin. It is a device that is fixed so that the gas can be inhaled using a device that blows the gas.

(Example) An embodiment of the gas blower of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, 1 is a headband, 2 is a gas conduit, and 3 is a blowing section. In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, a connecting part 4 and a pad part 5 are provided at both ends of the headband 1 to hold down both sides of the head, and a conduit 2 for passing gas such as oxygen is connected to one of the connecting parts 4. At the same time, the outlet section 3 extending in front of the nostril is connected to the connecting section 4 by the flexible pipe member 6.
Then, it is fixed to the headband 1 together with the pad part 5.

The gas is supplied from an oxygen cylinder as a gas supply source or from a conduit 2 connected to an oxygen concentrator,
The air is blown out from the insufflator 3 toward the nostrils, and is inhaled when a person breathes. The pad part 5 is made of a soft cushion material to hold the head, and the head band 1 has an adjuster 8 on the other side where the connecting part 4 is not attached, which can be adjusted to the size of the human head.
is provided. The joint part 4 is a combination of the conduit 2 and the flexible pipe member 6 held in a U-shape and fixed with a fixing pin 9. The flexible pipe member 6 is an adjusting means for positioning the blow-off hole 7 toward the nostril and close to the nostril, and has a bellows-shaped pipe structure, so that no gas leaks.
If you shape it into an arbitrary shape by hand and leave it, it will hold that shape. The blowing section 3 has a blowing hole 7 located at the tip of the flexible pipe member 6 and blowing out gas. This blow-off hole 7 blows out gas in the direction of the nostril, and the hole may be located at the tip or in a direction perpendicular to the tube. FIG. 1 shows a structure in which a hole 7 is provided in a direction perpendicular to the pipe and the air blows out at a right angle. Figure 2 shows a structure in which gas blows out from the tip. The pad parts 5 on both sides of the headband may be headphone receivers for listening to music or the radio, and by doing so, a mutual effect can be expected since the user can breath in oxygen and refresh his brain while listening to music in a relaxed state. In the case where a headphone or the like is not required, another embodiment shown in FIG. 5 below shows a headband 1 having a headband shape.

Furthermore, gas is effectively used only when inhaling, and gas during suction is wasted. For this reason, inventions in which gas is released in synchronization with the intake of breath are known in Japanese Patent Publications No. 59-8972 and 59-77864. The present invention shows an improvement in this application as shown in FIG. Figure 4 shows an enlarged view of the air outlet.
A temperature detecting section 10 is provided near the blowing hole 7 of the blowing section, and since the temperature of exhaled air blown out from the nostrils is body temperature and is higher than the surrounding room temperature, this detects when this temperature starts to rise. Then, a solenoid valve (not shown) provided between the oxygen gas supply source and the conduit 2 is closed to stop the delivery of unnecessary gas during exhalation, and to start supplying gas when the temperature returns to room temperature. A signal of the detected temperature is transmitted to a known control means by an electric wire 11 laid within the conduit. Temperature detection may be a thermistor or thermocouple. The tip of the blow-off part is sealed against gas leakage with another material. The temperature detection section is provided at a position as close to the nostrils as possible, where exhaled air is often exposed.

(Effects of the Invention) (1) The gas blower of the present invention is fixed to the head with a headband and the position of the blowhole relative to the nostrils is determined, so the relative position does not change even if the head moves or direction, so it is effective. I can breathe gas.

(2) In the present invention, by providing a temperature detection section at the position where the intake air is blown from the blow-off section, a control means that synchronizes with breathing can be incorporated, thereby reducing oxygen consumption and making the oxygen concentrator more compact. can be used.
