- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 用器本体の開口部に中蓋及びその上に位置する
上蓋を開閉自在に取付けた用器において、 上記上蓋を開放方向に常時弾発するバネを装備
し、 上記中蓋を用器本体に閉成状態に吸着させる第
１磁石を設けると共に、上記第１磁石よりも弱い
吸着力をもち且つ上記バネに抗して上記上蓋を中
蓋に吸着させる第２磁石を設け、 上記上蓋を第２磁石による中蓋との吸着から解
除する方向へ押すべき上蓋吸着解除用ペダル手段
と、上記中蓋を第１磁石による用器本体との吸着
から解除する方向へ押すべき中蓋吸着解除用ペダ
ル手段とを備えた、 便器等の二重蓋開閉装置。
