The present invention relates to a detergent composition with excellent cleaning performance, which contains an α-sulfo fatty acid di-salt and an acylated amino acid salt as essential components. Conventionally, it has been known that α-sulfo fatty acid di-salts have the disadvantage that their disodium salts and dipotassium salts are substantially insoluble in water and exhibit almost no detergency or foaming power. ing. Therefore, when using this α-sulfo fatty acid di-salt as a cleaning agent component, it is necessary to use it in combination with an organic ampholyte, for example, in order to increase the foaming power.
071003) and other methods have been proposed. The present inventors have conducted intensive studies to obtain a composition containing an α-sulfo fatty acid di-salt with excellent cleaning performance.
A composition containing an alkali metal salt, an alkaline earth metal salt, or a substituted or unsubstituted ammonium salt of an acylated amino acid having a specific acyl group in a predetermined ratio, and having a cleaning liquid PH in a specific range, The inventors have discovered that the object can be achieved, and have completed the present invention based on this knowledge. That is, the present invention provides (A) general formula (R in the formula is an alkyl group having 12 to 16 carbon atoms, M and
M' is magnesium or a substituted or unsubstituted ammonium group, and M and M' may be the same or different. ) contains an alkali metal salt, alkaline earth metal salt, or substituted or unsubstituted ammonium salt of an acylated amino acid having an acyl group having an average carbon number of 10 to 16;
The weight ratio of component (A) to component (B) is 75:25 to 35:65
The present invention provides a cleaning composition characterized in that the pH of the aqueous solution is 5.0 to 7.5. α used as component (A) in the composition of the present invention
-Sulfo fatty acid di-salt has the general formula It has a structure shown in the formula, where R is the number of carbon atoms.
The 12 to 16 alkyl groups, M and M' are magnesium or substituted or unsubstituted ammonium groups, and M and M' may be the same or different. Examples of such substances include α-sulfomiristic acid, α-sulfopalmitic acid, α-sulfostearic acid, α-sulfohated beef tallow fatty acid, α-
- Magnesium salts such as sulfohated palm oil fatty acids, diammonium salts, dimonoethanolamine salts, di-diethanolamine salts, ditriethanolamine salts, triethanolamine, 1/2 magnesium salts, and mixtures thereof. In this α-sulfo fatty acid di-salt, if R in the above formula () has less than 12 carbon atoms or more than 16 carbon atoms, the cleaning ability will be extremely deteriorated, and M and
When M' is a cation other than the above, no cleaning ability is exhibited. The above α-sulfo fatty acid di-salt has a total carbon number of 14 to
It is produced by sulfonating No. 18 fatty acids with anhydrous sulfuric acid to introduce a sulfonic acid group at the α-position, and then neutralizing with a magnesium compound or substituted or unsubstituted ammonium. Next, the acylated amino hydrochloric acid used as component (B) in the composition of the present invention is an alkali metal salt, an alkaline earth metal salt, or a substituted or unsubstituted acylated amino acid having an acyl group having an average carbon number of 10 to 16. is an ammonium salt of the general formula or (R 1 in the formula

[Formula] is a saturated or unsaturated acyl group having an average carbon number of 10 to 16, n is 1 or 2, and X is an alkali metal, magnesium, or a substituted or unsubstituted ammonium group) is preferably used. It will be done. Examples of such are N-lauroyl-N-methyl-β-alanine, N-cocoyl-N
-Methyl-β-alanine, N-myristoyl-N
Examples include sodium salts, magnesium salts, ammonium salts, and triethanolamine salts of -methyl-β-alanine, N-cocoyl-sarcosine, and N-myristoyl-glutamic acid. If the average carbon number of the acyl group in this acylated amino acid salt is outside the above range, the α-
It does not exhibit excellent cleaning power even when used in combination with sulfo fatty acid di-salt. In the composition of the present invention, the weight ratio of component (A) to component (B) is within the range of 75:25 to 35:65,
It is also necessary for the pH of the aqueous solution to be within the range of 5.0 to 7.5; if it is outside of this range, no synergistic effect between components (A) and (B) will be observed, and good cleaning power will not be exhibited. do not have. Moreover, in the composition of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned essential components, various additives commonly used in cleaning compositions can also be used as desired. The detergent composition of the present invention exhibits a synergistic effect in a specific PH range by containing α-sulfofatty acid di-salt and acylated acinoate in a specific ratio, and exhibits excellent detergency. Next, the present invention will be explained in more detail with reference to Examples. The cleaning power of the cleaning compositions in Examples and Comparative Examples was evaluated as follows. i.e. 10g each of pharmacopoeial soybean oil and Crisco.
After dissolving each in 60 ml of chloroform, add 0.1 g of oil red and mix well to prepare a stain solution. After immersing a glass plate in this solution to contaminate it, air dry it at 25°C for at least 30 minutes to remove the chloroform and create a contaminated piece (amount of dirt is 20
~23mg/piece). The six contaminated pieces were washed in 700 ml of washing liquid at 25°C by stirring at a rotational speed of 250 rpm for 3 minutes, air-dried, weighed, and the oil removal rate after washing was calculated using the following formula. It has cleaning power. Cleaning power (%) = (1 - W 2 - W 0 / W 1 - W 0 ) × 100 W 0 : Weight of glass plate W 1 : Weight of glass plate after contamination W 2 : Weight of glass plate after cleaning and air drying Weight Example 1, Comparative Example 1 The active agent concentration was determined for compositions in which the weight composition of α-sulfohydrogenated beef tallow fatty acid di-triethanolamine salt and C 12 acylated sarcosinate Na was changed.
Oil stain cleaning power was evaluated using a 0.075% aqueous solution (PH7.0). The results are shown in Table 1 along with the weight composition of each component. For comparison, the detergency of compositions other than the composition of the present invention was similarly evaluated, and the results are shown in Table 2 along with the weight composition of each component.
