布用ローラ装置のように云わば塗布液溢出部分を
被塗布面に近接させて塗布を行う塗布装置に関す
る。

浸量に幅方向の勾配を生じて塗りむらができ易
く、また塗布液の粘度によつては上記導入側に近
い部分から液滴が落下して周囲を汚したり、これ
を避けるために送液圧を少なくすると逆に導入側
に遠い部分でかすれを生じたりし、圧力調整が困
難であり、更に送液停止中に塗布ロール筒内部お
よび導出パイプ内に残留している塗布液が塗布用
ローラを傾けた際等に液滴となつてぼた落ちする
といつた問題があり、更にはローラシヤフトの流
出孔や特に塗布ロールが目詰まりを起こし易くて
頻繁に分解掃除を行わなければならないといつた
問題があつた。

保持杆7,7の下端に補強用カバー体4及び筒状

等内の残留液が外に漏れることがない。更に本発
明装置は従来の塗布用ローラ装置のように塗布ロ
ールを備えておらずスリツト状の開口から直接塗
布液が被塗布面に吐出するようになつているた
め、目詰まりを起こすことがなく、したがつてメ
インテナンスが容易となり、また構造がきわめて
簡素であるから製作が容易でコストの低減を図る
ことができる。
