Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a deodorant paper, containing one or more of oxides, hydroxides, carbonates or complex salts of Si, Al, Mg, etc., as a deodorant active component and capable of rapidly exhibiting remarkable deodorizing effects in a short time by internally adding to a pulp slurry and reducing residual ratio of offensive smelling gases with the passage of time. CONSTITUTION:The objective deodorant paper containing one or more of oxides, hydroxides, carbonates and complex salts of Si, Al, Mg, Ni, Zn, Mo, Fe, Ti, Ca, Na, W and K as a deodorant active component.

The filling type deodorizing paper manufacturing method described in (■) is different from the post-processing method (■■) and is superior as a manufacturing method for deodorizing paper, but activated carbon, natural zeolite, etc. currently used as powder deodorizing agents have deodorizing ability. Regarding this, it is not always satisfactory.
