Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a flat foil raw fabric without pattern slippage by interposing ana arranging chuck conveyors having pawl groups projecting in rows in a process for pasting two sheets of a material, such as paper or plastics, and producing the flat foil raw fabric for producing the same positional patterns on the front and back sides. CONSTITUTION:Materials (A) and (A') prepared by laminating Japanese paper or plastics, as flat foil raw fabrics are passed through feed rolls 1 and (1a), admitted into size application rolls 4 and (4a) and coated with a size on the surfaces 1 of the materials (A) and (A'). Moisture of the size is then evaporated with heaters 9 and (9a) and the materials are traveled to chuck conveyors 8 and (8a) having many pawl groups stood erect at both ends at a regular interval, nipped, pressed and pasted between nip rolls 10 and (10a) while perforating both selvages of the above-mentioned materials (A) and (A') without pattern slippage. Pasting can be uniformly carried out without position slippage of the materials and any strain by the afore-mentioned method.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention is directed to pasting paper or plastic film materials whose surfaces are given metallic luster, coloring, designs, etc. between two back surfaces. The present invention relates to a method for producing a flat foil material that allows the same pattern to appear at the same position on both the front and back surfaces.

(Prior art) The conventionally well-known method for producing a flat foil material is to run one side of the material through a guide roll and a glue coating roll, and similarly run the opposite guide roll and glue coating roll on the other side of the material. A method is known in which the material on both sides is pinched and pasted between nip rolls after being passed to the gluing rolls, and then wound up appropriately. The position of the material is adjusted during the feeding process to the guide rolls, and the material is For example, the glue placed in a tank is transferred to a glue application roll via multistage rolls, and the glue is applied to the back side of the material running on the surface of the glue application roll.

The glue-applied part of the material is kept at an appropriate temperature using a heater before being guided to the nip roll, and at the same time, a blower blows hot air onto the glue-applied surface of the painting material to remove moisture from the glue-applied part, leaving it slightly dry. While gradually increasing the adhesive force produced by this, the image material is pinched with the opposing nib rolls, and the gluing of the image material is completed.

This conventional method had a defect in that the concentration of the glue varied between both rolls at the glue application roll.

In other words, each material is long enough to be rolled up, and each roll rotates at a low speed to apply the glue, so the glue application rolls on both sides do not consume the same amount of glue, so there is intermittent glue replenishment time to both glue tanks. Differently, the residence time of the glue in the glue tank is different, and the density of the glue applied to the painting material varies.

Also, the applied glue is maintained at an appropriate temperature by a heater,
Since the heaters on both sides are set to have the same heat output as much as possible,
The heater does not adjust the concentration difference of the applied glue.

Furthermore, since the material to be pasted is mainly paper, plastic, etc., the original fabric tends to expand and contract under the influence of moisture and heat.
Due to the difference in the density of the adhesive applied to both sides of the material, there is a difference in the degree of stretch between the materials on both sides, and the original fabric pasted between the nip rolls has misalignment between the designs and patterns on the front and back sides, making it difficult to achieve the intended purpose. It was not possible to obtain an original fabric with patterns in the same position on both sides.

For example, for an original fabric with a required width of about 53 cm and a length of 1000 m, there will be an error of about 1 m between the front and back patterns.

Recently, as the patterns on the front and back have become more complex, it is required that the front and back sides always have the same pattern. When weaving a fabric, it is required that the same pattern appear on the fabric surface even if it is reversed.

(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) However, in the present invention, the misalignment of the patterns on both the front and back surfaces, which occurs in the above-mentioned conventional manufacturing method of flat foil material, is reduced as much as possible (for example, by 1000 m). The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a flat foil original fabric that can reduce the thickness (within 1+nm) to reveal patterns in the same position on the front and back sides, which can meet customer requests.

In addition, in response to customers' severe demands regarding misaligned portions of the front and back patterns of the original fabric, the present invention can significantly reduce losses caused by discarding excessively misaligned portions as in the conventional method, and eliminate loss-free front and back side patterns. The object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a flat foil material that makes a pattern appear in the same position.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the method of manufacturing a flat foil original fabric that reveals patterns in the same position on both front and back sides according to the present invention,
Consists of two sheets of laminated paper, plastic, etc. that can create patterns in the same position on both sides by gluing, guide rolls, glue application rolls, chuck conveyors, and nip rolls with air blowers arranged in symmetrical positions. The image material is passed through the transfer path and rolled up by pinching and gluing the image material between nip rolls, and the chuck conveyor is placed directly upstream of the glue application roll, with claws on both edges. It is configured as a running endless belt with protruding lines, and the claws perforate both edges of the material to suppress deviation when gluing the material, and finally remove the perforated edges of the edges of the original fabric. It is characterized by a manufacturing method for flat foil material that reveals patterns in the same position.

At this time, hot air is blown by the blower 11 located below the pasting position to remove moisture from the glue application area and leave it in a slightly dry state. This gradually increases the adhesive strength while moving the facing nip rolls to the painting material. The glue-applied parts of the materials A and A' volatilize water while being warmed by the heaters 9 and 9a, but the difference in elongation is not corrected under the influence of the heaters. Therefore, the original fabric that has been compressed and glued by the nip rolls 10 and 10a is placed on the supply rolls 1 and 1a, and the running distance, running time, etc. are adjusted so that the pattern is the same on both sides when completed at the desired stage. Even if the transfer equipment B side and the transfer equipment B' side are harmonized, it is impossible to create a pattern in the same position on both sides.

In particular, the present invention interposes the chuck conveyors 8, 8a directly upstream of the glue application rolls 4, 4a between the glue application rolls 4, 4a and the nip rolls 10, 10a. Nails 1 on both edges
Group 5 perforates both edges of the glue-applied materials A and A' at appropriate intervals, and positions the materials A and A' in advance before transferring them to the nip rolls 10 and 10a, so that the adhesive is not pasted. Distortion at the time of application can be reliably prevented, and the difference in length between the glue-coated materials A and A' caused by tensile force can be suppressed as much as possible, and the nip roll 10.10a
The original fabric that is sandwiched and pressure-glued has the advantage that there is virtually no positional error between the front and back sides, and the same pattern or design can be revealed in the same position on both the front and back sides. This makes it possible to make the same pattern appear on the fabric surface even if the front and back sides are reversed during weaving by cutting the flat foil material into threads using a slitter and then weaving them. It is.

The chuck controller 78.8a used in the method of the present invention is composed of the endless belt 14 having 15 groups of claws arranged on both edges around the shaft 13.13a as described above. The running materials A and A' can be positioned by punching holes immediately after applying the glue, with the glue application side facing outward, and the heater below and the hot air blower below the nip roll prevent the material with increased adhesive strength from shifting its position. It can be applied uniformly and without distortion.
