小歯車と噛み合う大歯車との歯数比を適当に選定
することにより、最も好ましい拡大率に設定で
き、しかもこれら大歯車と小歯車とを交換できる
ようにすれば、あらゆる移動部材に適用できる可
能性もある。

外に突出する他端が前記移動部材に連結される回
転軸と、前記収納箱と前記支持板とで回転自在に
支持された回転軸に対して着脱自在に嵌合固定さ
れ且つ前記位置検出器に取り付けられた小歯車と
噛み合う大歯車とからなるものである。

収納箱11の内部には枠状をなすブラケツト12
が形成されており、このブラケツト12には複数
個のボルト貫通孔13が穿設されている。又、収
納箱11の上部には、この収納箱11内を密閉保
護する上蓋14が図示しない締結具を介して着脱
自在に装着されている。前記ボルト貫通孔13は
長孔状をなしており、このボルト貫通孔13に通
される複数本の植込みボルト15が植設された支
持板16は植込みボルト15にねじ込まるナツト
17によりブラケツト12に対し着脱自在に固定
されている。なお、植込みボルト15の代りに通
常のボルトを使用し、支持板16にもボルト貫通
孔を穿設してブラケツト12と支持板16とを連
結するようにしてもよく、要するに締結具を用い
て両者を固定できればよい。この支持板16には
図示しないクロスフロー水車のガイドベーンの開
度を検出するポテンシヨメータ18が取り付けら
れており、更にガイドベーンの揺動軸と一体に揺
動する図示しない連結棒にピン止めされる回動ア
ーム19を一端に固定した回転軸20の他端が当
該支持板16に着脱自在に嵌合されている。この
回転軸20に沿つた第2図の縦断面構造を表す第
3図に示すように、前記一端側が収納箱11から
外部に突出し且つこの収納箱11と前記支持板1
6とで回転自在に支持された前記回転軸20には
ポテンシヨメータ18に取り付けられた小歯車2
1と噛み合う大歯車22が止ねじ23を介して着
脱自在に固定されており、これによつてガイドベ
ーンの動きが回動アーム19により回転軸20と
一体の大歯車22からポテンシヨメータ18の小
歯車21に伝えられ、ポテンシヨメータ18がこ
の時のガイドベーンの開度を自動的に検出するよ
うになつている。なお、高精度の検出を行う場合
には小歯車21と大歯車22との間にバツクラツ
シユ防止装置を組み込むことが望ましく、更に較
正用や信頼性向上のためにリミツトスイツチを併
設することも可能である。この場合、リミツトス
イツチに取り付けた小歯車とポテンシヨメータ1
8の小歯車21とを引張りばねで連結することに
より、大歯車22とのバツクラツシユを同時に無
くすことが可能である。

のにも本考案を応用できることは当然であり、こ
の場合には直線運動を回転運動に変換する機構を
