Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the tilling resistance and decrease lateral vibration by using a tilling tine composed of a vertical blade part and a lateral blade part each having a cross-section to almost equalize the passing distance of soil along the belly side to the distance along the back side in the passing of the vertical blade part and lateral blade part in soil. CONSTITUTION:An inclination parallel to the inclination at the blade edge 5 is formed on the back side of a vertical blade part 3 and a lateral blade part 4 to form a slant face 7 from the back 6 toward the edge 5. The distance of the belly part passing through a soil is made to be nearly equal to that of the back part by the above slant face 7. The shape of the tip of the lateral blade part 4 is rounded similar to the tip of a screw of a ship to minimize the resistance to the rotational direction. The resistance applied to a single- edged blade edge 5 driven into a soil and passing through the soil is decreased compared with the resistance to a double-edged blade edge, the lateral vibration of the vertical blade part 3 and the lateral blade part 4 is deceased and the machine vibration can be suppressed by this structure.

Conventionally, a horizontal blade part is formed by curving the tip to one side from a vertical blade part that extends straight from the claw attachment base, and from the vertical blade part to the horizontal blade part, a single-edged blade edge 5 shown in the 8th illustration is formed. ) A tilling claw (hatchet claw) l having a double-edged blade edge 8 is known. Each of these single-edged and double-edged types has advantages and disadvantages, but first of all, from the perspective of tillage resistance, as shown in various past test results, single-edged blades receive resistance from one side of the blade, while double-edged blades receive resistance from both sides of the blade. Single-edged blades are more advantageous because they encounter resistance. Next, from the perspective of vibration, as shown in Figure 9, the single-edged blade (
In the case of (To), when the soil is cut, it is divided into A, which passes through the ventral side, and B, which passes through the back side. At this time, since the underground sweeping (passage) distance is longer on the ventral side A, it takes a longer time to pass than on the back side B. Therefore, if the back side B passes through, there will be resistance only on the ventral side A, which tends to cause left and right vibrations. On the other hand, in the case of the double-edged blade edge 8 in Figure 9 (b), the ventral side A
, and the back side B have the same passage distance through the soil, so that lateral vibration is unlikely to occur.

As mentioned above, both single-edged and double-edged blades have advantages and disadvantages, so there is a need for a tilling claw that eliminates these disadvantages and incorporates only the advantages. The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a tilling claw that takes advantage of the respective advantages of single-edged and double-edged blades and has less tilling resistance and less occurrence of left-right vibration. 1. Means for Solving the Problems] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a horizontal blade part by curving the tip to one side from a vertical blade part extending straight from the claw mounting base, and forms a horizontal blade part by curving the tip to one side. In a tilling claw that has a single-edged blade edge extending to the horizontal blade part, each cross section is determined so that the sweeping distances of the vertical blade part and the horizontal blade part on the ventral side and the back side when passing through the soil are approximately equal, and It is characterized in that a slope opposite to the slope of the blade edge is formed from the base edge toward the blade edge side on the surface of the vertical blade portion and the horizontal blade portion opposite to the surface on which the blade edge is formed.

With the above configuration, the present invention has a single blade, which reduces the resistance to driving into the soil and tilling, and the distance through the soil is approximately equal on the vent side and the back side, resulting in less vibration.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, a tilling claw (hatchet claw) indicated by reference numeral 1 has a mounting base 2 attached to a tilling shaft (not shown) rotating around a rotation center O, and a vertical blade part 3 extending straight from the mounting base 2. and a horizontal blade part 4 curved to one side from the tip of the vertical blade part 3.
A single-edged blade edge 5 is formed from the vertical blade part 3 to the horizontal blade part 4. As shown in FIG. 2, the mounting base 2 is provided with mounting holes 2a through which the tilling claws of the tilling shaft can be mounted by inserting bolts into the box. The configuration up to this point is similar to a conventional hatchet claw. In the present invention, the vertical blade portion 3 shown in FIGS.
.. As is clear from each cross-sectional view of the horizontal blade portion 4, the back side of the vertical blade portion 3 and the horizontal blade portion 4 has an inclination opposite to the slope of the blade edge 5, and extends from the base edge 6 to the blade edge 5 side. A slope 7 is formed toward the surface. By forming this slope 7, as is clear from Figs. 3 to 6, the soil sweep distance (length) on the ventral side and the back side in each cross section becomes almost equal. . In addition, the shape of the tip side of the horizontal blade portion 4 is as follows:
Similar to the shape of the tip of a ship's propeller, it has a rounded shape to minimize resistance in the direction of rotation. In the tilling claw 1 having such a configuration, when the tilling claw 1 is attached to the tilling shaft and rotates counterclockwise in FIG. , when the single-edged blade edge 5 is driven into the soil and passes through the soil, the resistance is less than that of a double-edged blade edge, and when the blade edge 5 rubs against the soil, it will not move along the slope. It wears out so it doesn't lose its sharpness. In addition, as shown in Figure 7, from the point where the soil passage (sweeping) distance on the ventral side A and the back side B is almost equal, the same as in the case of the conventional double-edged tilling claw (see Figure 9)). The left and right vibrations are reduced, and the body vibration of the work machine equipped with the tiller claw can be reduced.

As explained above, according to the tilling claw of the present invention, the slope opposite to the slope of the blade edge is formed on the back surface opposite to the surface (ventral surface) on which the single-edged blade edge of the vertical blade portion and the horizontal blade portion is formed. It is formed from the edge to the blade edge side, so that the soil sweeping distance (length) on the ventral side and the back side is almost equal, so it is possible to reduce tilling resistance and the required power. , can reduce left and right vibrations, which has a positive effect on working machines equipped with tilling claws. In addition, the weight of the tilling claw itself can be reduced, and the weight of the entire working machine to which a large number of tilling claws are mounted can be reduced, which has a positive effect on the tractor to which the working machine is mounted.
