り固着され、その各内壁面にて芯体10の軸方向

製円板11aを採用した例について説明したが、
これに代えて砂、軽金属等の軽量粉体又は粒子を
採用してもよく、かかる可撓性唖鈴においては芯
体10の両端部分に充填した重金属製の複数の円
板11bに代えて重金属製円柱ブロツクを採用し
てもよい。さらに、本発明の実施にあたつては上
記芯体10を構成する円板11a,11bとして
異なる厚さの円板を採用して当該可撓性唖鈴の総
